Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Located 30 minutes from the beaches, 25 minutes from the Place de la Comédie in Montpellier, 15 minutes from Lake Ceceles with its incredible tavern and Pic Saint Loup, 50 minutes from the Cascades de la Vis (must do!), 40 minutes from the Pont du Diable. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, and a small, roughly furnished garden. An indoor parking space is available to you.
