Very well located accommodation for walking. The plus is the private parking space. The accommodation is large and comfortable with a magnificent view of the sea 🌊 it looks like a watercolour painting through the window. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it too.

The apartment - bright - offers a breathtaking view of the sea. It is ideal for enjoying Saint-Malo and its surroundings. Marie allowed us to access the apartment earlier and gave us good advice. Recommended without hesitation!

Very clean accommodation, quiet , good hospitality , beautiful sights nearby . Only problem , which obviously does not belong to the accommodation , it is difficult to find a place to walk with your pet , all the beaches in the area are prohibited for dogs in summer .

Beautiful cottage, with beautiful garden, next to the church, in the middle of Saint Suliac. Everything we needed was there, we enjoyed the peace. Saint Suliac is beautiful, there was a supermarket and a bakery nearby. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. The crêperie around the corner is highly recommended

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house in Cancale. The house is spacious, bright and very well equipped, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It is ideally located, in a quiet environment, while being close to the centre and the sea.

Perfect location for excursions to St. Malo, Dinard, Cap Frehel, Dinan and Mont St. Michel. A few minutes' walk to the beach. We felt very comfortable at Marie-Christine's, everything was super clean, very good amenities, new bathroom, modern furnishings. Straightforward communication. We would come back anytime.

Catherine is a very lovely helpful host. The accommodation is generously equipped and the garden is beautiful. You can stay outside for a long time in the sunshine. The accommodation is a bit remote, but the beautiful beaches are within walking distance and there are many attractions in the immediate vicinity.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Beautiful apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle too.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia when we arrived. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week in Katy's accommodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the centre of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located place in the city center of Saint Malo. The apartment is charming, perfectly clean and very well-equipped — you immediately feel at home. The calm of the place, combined with the proximity to shops and restaurants, is a real plus. Roberte and Yves welcomed us very warmly, showed us into the apartment and gave us tips for further excursions. The apartment is located at the end of the beautiful promenade in the center of Saint Malo, the path alone is a pleasure. We stayed there for 2 nights. Many thanks for the two hosts. A parking space was reserved for our car.
