Beachfront holiday rental in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer

Very welcoming hosts. Ideal and peaceful location. For us the sauna was superfluous but everyone will appreciate its use. An unforgettable week, the Voie Verte offers you a perfect bike getaway. The activity of the "marine train" is recommended. Looking forward to visiting this region again, which is full of beautiful landscapes.

A very cozy cottage. Ideal for a family with kids. Beautiful terrace overlooking the village and beach. Parking was always available on the street in front of the house. Tasteful and original furnishings. Great beaches close by. Bedding for double mattresses and double duvets required. Contact with landlord always quick and very friendly.

Everything was perfectly thought out for the comfort of travellers: clean, cosy, well equipped and very well located. You can feel that the host puts their heart into offering a beautiful experience. We were received in a very friendly manner. The rooms, kitchen, and technical information were shown to us in detail. Etienne also showed us on a small city map what options (food, shopping) there are nearby. The folder with instructions helped us to read a lot of things. The communication was very good and fast. On the day of departure, we were able to stay in the apartment until 11:00 - because our train did not leave Saint Malo for Paris until about 11:40. We enjoyed these 9 days there very much and would love to come back if we travel to Saint Malo again.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. It is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the area. I would highly recommend it.

Our large family group had a great stay here. Benoît was very friendly and made sure we knew all we needed about the house and area to ensure we had a good time. The house was large, with good size bedrooms and comfy beds. Huge dining space and fair amount of seating. Lots of space for parking and large garden too. The pool was an amazing addition and really added to our experience.

We had a great time! The sea view is magnificent, and the balcony to enjoy it is very appreciable. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!

Amelie’s house is very elegant, newly refurbished with a lot of taste, well equipped, we really felt at home ! the lovely beach is at the end of the street , local stores and restaurants are at a short walk away too, it’s a great place to spend a nice holiday.

Wonderful place. Picturesque location. Clean apartment. Great selection of books, including books about local culture and places. Helpful and friendly owner. Direct access to the beach. Bakery, fish and meat store in a few minutes walking distance.

Excellent stay. Very nice accommodation, functional, very well equipped, close to all amenities, beaches on foot or by bike. We were able to meet Philippe who took the time to greet us and check that everything was ok for us.

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anthony’s place in beautiful St Lunaire. The apartment is large and has the best views. It’s in a beautiful house at the top of the village. St Lunaire has some fantastic restaurants - we loved walking through the village in the evening, sometimes along the beach, for dinner. Anthony gave us top tips to visit St Malo (catch the boat from Dinard) and made us feel very welcome. We wish we had stayed for longer.
