The small garden is equipped with a terrace with garden furniture. You can park your vehicle safely, the house is equipped with a gate. 5-minute walk to local shops and 10-minute walk to train station with train to Bordeaux in 20 minutes

La Maison du Chai Gite

The cottage is located in the Côtes de Bourg vineyard. 30 km from Bordeaux, you can visit the area and especially taste its wine. In a haven of calm, you will find something to rest in the heart of the vineyards, take a breath of fresh air and nature to recharge your batteries. We accept animals, but we don't want them to be locked up all day, alone in the house.

Independent 20 m2 studio adjoining our main residence in a quiet subdivision. Access to the studio can be done independently via a private entrance with access code. The accommodation is located 5 minutes' drive from St André de Cubzac train station, 20 minutes' TER from Bordeaux St Jean train station. Very easily accessible from A10 and N10.
