Otherwise, it is a short distance to the grocery store, parks and restaurants further down on Torshov. 2 minutes walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the tram. Access to green outdoor area where there is a possibility of barbecue. 3 minutes walk to bus. Tram 10 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen, washer with dryer, TV with streaming services, internet, fireplace. Popular area that's great for couples and friends. Family-friendly area. Other things: Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 pm. Smoking is not allowed.

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Leiligheten er delvis pusset opp i 2023 med totalrenovert bad og malte vegger. Ny tv, sofa og seng (180cm bred). Arbeidsplass på soverom. Privat vestvendt balkong.
