Small and cozy apartment for rent centrally located in nice Sagene. Suitable for smaller travel companions (2 or 3). Immediate proximity to shops, cafes and hiking areas such as Akerselva and Nordmarka. Easily accessible by both bus and city bike from the apartment. Walking distance to other popular urban areas such as Torshov and Grünerløkka. The apartment has one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, but the sofa can be used as an extra bed if desired. Otherwise, the apartment is fully equipped except for a washing machine. No party animals allowed.

The apartment is spacious (50 sq m / 538 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2, accommodating up to 4 guests in total. Buses stop right outside the door every five minutes, and it is a short distance to the metro (T-bane) station at Nydalen. Note: There is no dedicated parking spot for the apartment. The tram stops right outside the building, and Oslo city centre is only about 16 minutes away. The area is quiet but close to restaurants, parks and city life. This is my home, and I rent it out when I travel. My personal belongings remain in the apartment, but there is plenty of space for your things. The bottom fridge shelf is reserved for my food.
