Walking distance to other popular urban areas such as Torshov and Grünerløkka. The apartment has one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, but the sofa can be used as an extra bed if desired. Otherwise, the apartment is fully equipped except for a washing machine. No party animals allowed.

Garage door opener is located in the apartment. The parking lot is about 200m at the end of the street, just south.
