Great location! Relax in a quiet environment in a simple but fresh summer cottage with wonderful views of the lake. Large terrace and stairs down to the jetty where you can swim or fish. The forest is all around for walks. NOTE! No electricity! But solar cells charge the battery for the refrigerator with freezer, lights and the possibility to charge a mobile phone. Gas stove and oven are available. Barbecue outdoors. Running water in the kitchen and toilet. Outdoor shower. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Unique location that needs to be experienced!

Take a morning swim in the bay and then eat your breakfast on the terrace. Stay in your own small modern house. Bathroom and kitchenette with dishwasher. Everything you need is here. Beautiful nature for retreat, breathing, taking it easy or being active and doing sports. There are forests with walking paths or bike paths, blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms. Your neighbor is the swimming bay with a sandy beach and Lake Vänern. The city of Karlstad with shopping and culture is only 15 km away. Maybe this is your "hideaway"?

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Med en plasteka kan du åka ut på Vänern och har du kajak med dig, så är den lätt att lägga i. Plastekan är bra att ro, men har också en motor.Du behöver ta med egen ren bensin Du kan bada från tallbevuxna berg i viken eller ute på skären och öarna. Värmlandsnäs ligger mitt ute i Sveriges största sötvattensjö, Vänern, och har ett rikt djurliv, både fåglar, hjortdjur och vildsvin.

You often have the area to yourself, even if nearby residents visit the beach on sunny days. The beach is spacious and the cottage is located, so you maintain peace even when others visit the beach. There is another small cottage in the area.

Välkommen till en vacker stuga direkt vid Vänerns strand. Det är ca 50 metern från stuga till sjö och en egen altan nere vid sjön. Intill stugan finns gräsmattor och en egen trevlig tomt. Stugan har en stor altan mot vattnet. Det finns tre stugor på tomten. De ligger intill varandra. -Storstuga med kök, vardagsrum och sovrum med dubbelsäng. -Sidohus med toalett och dusch. -Timmerstuga med ytterligare två sovplatser. Alla ingår i din bokning. Max 4 gäster. Hyresperiod minst 3 nätter.

Gretas stuga

Liten enkel stuga men otroligt charmig med utsikt över sjön. Stugan har el men inte vatten. En sovalkov med en 140 säng och en 80 säng finns i vardagsrummet. Det finns en liten spis med ugn. Kyl och frys. Utedass. Stugan har strandtomt med en bastu vid sjön. Sängkläder går att låna för 150 svenska kronor samt slutstädning 250 kr. Stugan ligger i en sluttning. Det finns möjlighet att hyra en stuga till ca 200 meter från den här stugan om ni är två familjer som ändå vill ha eget boende.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

På soldäcket kan du avnjuta långa sommarkvällar med mat och dryck.
