A river flows next to the house, and there is a grocery store just a few minutes away. As the house is close to the centre, there is also a footpath and some traffic nearby. Jetty with berth is available if you have a boat. If you want to look around, there is a farm shop nearby and at the end of Värmlandsnäs, the pleasant Ekenäs with restaurant and boat trips to Lurö.

Herrestad ligger som en grön oas mitt i en lantbruksbygd och nära Sveriges största sötvattensjö. Djurlivet är rikt, både när det gäller fågelliv och hjortdjur. Ofta kan man se både rådjur och älg i trädgården. Nu har livet ute i naturen också utökats med vildsvin. På våren blommar de vackra äppelträden och husen är omgivna av flera olika sorters vackra lövträd.

Hjelleskate Herrgård is an idyllic and historic Manor, situated with a beautiful view over the Vänern lake. The villa offers a peaceful and unique experience in Swedish nature, only a few hundred meters from the lake, and surrounded by wildlife and forests. The home comes with a rowing boat that visitors can lend for excursions in lake Vänern. This part of Värmland is well known for its interesting cultural history with many archaeological funds and 5 medieval churches.

Cottage by the lake - with 16 beds

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

The house is 320 m2 and was built in 2018. It is beautifully located on a farm with access to its own heated pool (about 29 degrees) and directly adjacent to Lake Vänern. Large garden with two trampolines, soccer goal, cable car, covered porch and large open terrace. The house contains large social areas with fireplace and billiard table. 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms. Shower, toilet, bathtub and sauna. Less than 1 km from the house is Bomstadsbadens camping.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Sjönnebols Herrgård är omgiven av vacker natur. Bredvid gården betar får och skogen ligger precis intill. På baksidan av herrgården finns en uteplats under tak samt stor gräsmatta där ingen insyn finns. Det är enkelt att ta sig till herrgården som endast ligger ca 1 mil från E45:an. Det är asfalterat hela vägen fram utom de sista 200 metrarna.
