It is surrounded by nature, forests, farmland and lakes. Regular sightings of wildlife including mouse, deer, beaver, foxes, cranes and endangered water birds. The open farmland on three side means it is light and sunny with views to the lake. A new kitchen is installed in Feb 2024 with all new utilities and dishwasher.

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.
