Transports en commun et axes autoroutiers à proximité : - RER B Palaiseau à 12min à pied (permet de se rendre en 25/30 minutes au coeur de Paris) - A6/A10 à 2min. - N118 à 7min. Boulangerie et carrefour city à 2 min à pied. Centre ville à environ 10min à pied (commerce, restaurant, tabac, marché...). Plateau de Saclay et Polytechnique tout proche.

You will stay in a pretty house (15 km from Paris and 4 km from Versailles), you will be in an independent apartment of 30 m2 completely renovated. Buses are 150m to get to the station which allow you to reach Paris and Versailles (8mn). Buses also serve HEC, TECOMAH schools and INRA, Velizy-Villacoublay city. You can park your car for free in front of the house. in the summer season, terrace with garden furniture and a dining area (stone barbecue is non-functional ) /!\ No parties allowed /!\

This studio (16m2) is located next to our main house. Its sheltered, south-facing terrace has a table and armchairs so as to enjoy the garden. Breakfast is included in the price. Single bed. The RER station La Hacquinière is a 10-15 minute walk away. The campus Paris Saclay, CNRS, CEA, CentraleSupélec, etc. is a few minutes away by car and 20 min by foot. All shops and supermarket are nearby (1,5km). We can pick you up at the RER station if our schedules are compatible. Self check-in possible.

Proche des grands axes : accès A10, A6, N118. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont inclus dans la location ainsi que le ménage.

You will be charmed by this cosy apartment with an independent entrance to feel at home. The view on the garden and the valley will charm you and are a real freshness asset close to paris. The atmosphere of the living room is very restful and will help you to have a break. Located 7min walk from the Orsay city RER B station, in a very quiet area while being close to the shops of the city center (5min walk). The apartment is located 5min walk from the University.

Many public transportation from 50m of the house for: plateau of Moulon, plateau of Saclay, the faculty of Orsay, RER station "Orsay-ville", and the CEA. The RER station Orsay-Ville is also accessible by foot in 10-15min. Many shops within 10min walk (pharmacy, butcher, bakery, supermarket).

Le logement se situe à 15 minutes de la gare de Villebon/Palaiseau (RER B) à pieds et un arrêt de bus proche du logement menant à la gare en 5 minutes.
