The sea is only 40 minutes away. Within a radius of 15 km are the Nuraghe di Barumini, Monte Arci and the Menhirs of Villa Sant'Antonio. Quiet environment with slow rhythms.

This is not an apartment designed to be rented. I recently renovated it in a contemporary style so that I can reserve some escapes from the routine in our beloved Porto Alabe with my wife. It is an excellent base for visiting the Sinis beaches, the Capo San Marco area (Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda), S'Archittu and Santa Caterina, or going to visit the San Leonardo spring and the waterfalls, the well of Santa Cristina or the numerous nuraghes present in the area.

In addition, the location is ideal for exploring other areas of Sardinia during the day. The BATHROOM is PRIVATE, but OUTSIDE the studio, accessible by crossing a small outdoor area with two steps.

All rooms, including the bathroom, are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided.
