Holiday rentals with beach access in Sa Rocca Tunda

We loved staying here! Nilla was lovely and her place is really unique - the art and wooden decor that she has created made it feel very peaceful. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the river, and of course, loved the hammock ☺️ It was great value, clean and good communication from Nilla. The only thing that wasn’t quite so good was the futon bed which wasn’t very comfy. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, although I think it’s always good to get the steps in when regularly eating pasta & pizza! Beautiful location, Bosa is a must visit if you’re not sure where to go in Sardinia. Recommend visiting Cane Malu which was a great location for swimming & snorkelling.

It doesn't get any better! Large apartment, great location right by the sea with exciting excursion destinations in the area and an extremely friendly hostess. If the surroundings and the weather weren't so great, I would have liked to leaf through one or the other non-fiction book. The selection looked very exciting.

Beautiful apartment with an exceptional bird's-eye view of the Mediterranean and the marina of Bosa. Very high quality activities nearby: visit Bosa, beaches, panoramic coastal road towards Alghero. Beautiful villages close by. The apartment is located in a very quiet holiday village from which you can easily go out to enjoy all the amenities of the surroundings. Staying with Renato & Mary was a lovely experience as they have such a beautiful place and are really near to the lovely town of Bosa. Super friendly and always happy to help. We really appreciated the small touches of home grown veg for us to try. They also made sure there were key food bits in for us to use so we wouldn’t necessarily have to go straight to the supermarket which was very thoughtful. Marsha the on site dog was also a winner for the kids. Thank you for an amazing stay and would definitely recommended this for those staying in the area. Hopefully see you both again in future 😊

We had a great time at Antonio's. He is very helpful and responded immediately to our questions. Antonio is a perfect host! The house is in the middle of the village and everything is close by. A car is recommended because apart from a small supermarket (with nice homemade products) there are no shops. However, Bosa is close and there is everything you want. Everything else is within walking distance, but if you want to go to a really nice beach, 3 minutes by car is more convenient than walking.

We had a really nice and relaxing time in Alberto's apartment/studio ☺️ It is quiet and you can really switch off from the stress of everyday life. The beach is within walking distance and a few minutes by car are restaurants and bars. Alberto also speaks perfect English and we had a wonderful conversation 😃

We spent 3 nights in this apartment that looks more like a house! Several terraces, very beautiful view, quiet neighborhood... enough to recharge well:) Very few activities in the area if you are not very beach. Ides was very responsive by message, and its on-site contact was also responsive and pleasant (despite the language barrier!) Thanks, grazie!

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

We had a great time at Alessandra's place! Alessandra has a sense of hospitality, responsive, kind, and caring for the well-being of its tenants. As for the accommodation, how to say.... Its description and photos were not up to the reality!!! The house really makes a seaside holiday home, but with all the comforts and equipment: very comfortable bedding, clean and new linens, cooking utensils, dishes, and kitchen appliances very very well provided, etc. The environment is beautiful, starting with the garden overlooking the beach, very wild, small beaches for swimming, nearby mountains, and all very quiet and quiet. In short, we recommend this place without a second thought, and we're sure to come back!

The very nice and quiet location with wonderful views delighted us. You definitely need a car here to explore the surrounding area and for shopping, the supermarket was closed and only one restaurant open(end of April). It is best to get everything in the supermarket before arrival in Guspini or Oristano. The path to the beach with 15 minutes walking is no problem. The host was always quick to respond and the neighbors were very kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back.

Modern, beautifully furnished accommodation, with a beautiful Mediterranean garden for shared use! Kitchen is well equipped, very comfortable bed, everything super clean. The accommodation is a perfect starting point for excursions to the beaches in the area, Bosa is only 15 minutes away by car with many supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The hosts are extremely warm and hospitable, we felt very comfortable. Would come back anytime, absolute recommendation for all who want to see the real Sardinia!

In short: It was just beautiful! We felt comfortable and at home in Cristina's house from the first minute! The house is really special, from the architecture to the amenities. You can really find everything you need and more! I have never found a kitchen that was so well equipped. We mainly stayed outside and the terrace is really nice. We also liked the outdoor shower very much. It was really very hot during our vacation and in the evening we had to open all the windows so it cools a little, but it worked and it was also tolerable without air conditioning. We would really recommend Cristina's house to anyone without restrictions!

great experience in spring. Beachfront house with beautiful views. We had a great time, outside there is a large table that allows you to eat outdoors enjoying a priceless view. The only downside is the house is a little dark, but wanting to be outdoors as much as possible was not a problem at all! Recommended!

This might be the best Air BnB we’ve stayed in! The decoration was lovely, felt really airy and spacious and a hipster but homely aesthetic - we’ve taking inspiration for our home. Also very cool even without the air con on, even in 34 degrees. Really good location and lovely to see the sea from bed. The restaurants were great. The owner was very good at communicating and we’re pretty sure he bought a high chair brand new for our baby, or looked brand new anyway! Appreciated the vinyl and book selection. Our baby loved dancing to the disco tunes.

Gianpiero is a super friendly, helpful and friendly guest! The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay, the balcony overlooking the sea and dunes is a gem! Well-stocked kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and all desirable accessories. Clean and fragrant house. Beautiful location 5 minutes on foot from the sea and the dunes, in the village there is food, restaurants and tobacco bars. everything perfect, we highly recommend

Located in the middle of the vineyard, this apartment offers everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful corner of Sardinia. The two apartments are located on the upper floor of a villa with a large terrace in front, where you can relax wonderfully, from which you can watch the sea and the sunsets. Both apartments are family-friendly due to the respective second room. They are managed by Stefano, the son of Emidio. Stefano can be easily reached via WA. We believe a vehicle is essential for shopping, visiting the beaches or visiting the nearby towns.

The apartment was great. Carla and Gabriele were very nice and greeted us personally. We felt very comfortable. Everything was available and nothing was missing. Everything was simply available and the apartment well organized down to the smallest detail. The apartment was very very clean and nicely furnished. For us, it was the best, most well-kept and cleanest accommodation on our round trip through Sardinia. If you like seafood, you will get your money's worth in this region, as the restaurants offer all kinds of seafood. There are beautiful beaches nearby.

The apartment was lovely—-well stocked with anything a guest might need. All the furnishings were in excellent condition and spotless. Valeria was always available when we had questions, gave excellent recommendations, and was extremely welcoming and flexible about check-in and check-out times. We look forward to returning to Sardinia and to Valeria’s comfortable apartment.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The sea view is wonderful and even though sometimes it was too cold to eat out, we sat in front of the window facing the sea and so it was almost like being outside! Mauro's father gave us tips on places to go. We had a very good time!

We stayed with my wife all month of August in this house. Silvia and Tony, the owners are available and very courteous, upon arrival they welcomed us by providing us with a series of information on what to see and where to eat. Information that has been useful to us for a beautiful vacation. Thank you so much. The house is very nice, very clean, quiet and cool. In short, it has everything you need for a relaxing and very pleasant vacation It is also in a fantastic location very close to a cliff from which you can enjoy a wonderful view with unforgettable sunsets The house is a great base to see all the beauty that is nearby.
