"Lotte", the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in the picturesque arnis. The 2023 completely renovated maisonette was provided with a no-frills furnishings. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof truss, a (children's)bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet. In addition, a generous sleeping loft. Over the courtyard of the house it goes into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. You can swim and relax wonderfully at your own jetty.

Our cozy apartment in Gunneby an der Schlei is ideal for a maximum of 4 people. Families with children have enough space for us. A staircase takes you to our spacious apartment on the 1st floor, which is modernly furnished and extensively equipped. The proximity to the water invites for a lovely Schlei or Baltic Sea vacation. You can spend the evenings wonderfully on one of the two balconies. For the colder season you will find a fireplace with us. It's Gunneby nice :)

In our house, we have furnished a cozy apartment of about 70 square meters on the first floor. Here you feel comfortable , and for families with children there is plenty of space and some toys. In the garden you can relax on your own terrace or use the barbecue. There is also plenty of space to play. Use Goltoft as a starting point for exciting bike rides, the Baltic Sea and the North Sea are not far away and the swimming beach on the Schlei can be reached quickly.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of the village. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchorage" for one-two people. Perched high in the north on the Schlei and just minutes from the Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the centre of the Schwansen peninsula.
