Our lovely self contained first floor flat is yours to enjoy in its entirety. Situated in the heart of Worthing with a wonderful choice of independent cafés, restaurants, bars and shops on your door step. 5 minutes from the beach, art deco pier and theatres. Newly refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, bathroom and new carpets throughout. Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. First floor, sea facing, balcony flat. Views of the pier and close to all amenities. One double bedroom, en suite shower room. 15 minutes walk to Worthing main station and 1 minute walk to bus route to Brighton. Unrestricted parking 10 minute walk away and paid parking up to 4hours in front of flat. No lift but only on first floor. Entryphone , peaceful and secure.

The Studio

The studio is situated in the poets district area of Worthing which is on the west side of the town. A perfect location just ten minutes walk into the town, West and Central Worthing train stations and the beach. Hop on the train to visit Brighton, Chichester, Arundel and many more beautiful Sussex hot spots. I am dog friendly and would consider requests of a furry friend coming to stay. The studio is private and up one flight of stairs.
