The small approx. 35 m2 apartment in the beautiful pilgrimage village of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with shower room and small kitchen. The garden with play equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available to our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and the Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel 40 minutes by car. There is an express bus Ri Warburg and Paderborn several times a day.

My place is right in the centre of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and restaurants as well as all the shopping facilities are within walking distance. Corvey Castle as a Unesco World Heritage Site is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the bike path R1, only about 500 m from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the leisure lake complex with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, near Kassel and is surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the door into the forest and yet only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and large groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and feel very comfortable on a regular basis.

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
