The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Vacation home "Alte Schmiede"

Stay in the top floor of a historic brick house in the heart of Eissen, completely renovated in 2021. The village's former girls' school was then used as a blacksmith and locksmith's shop for years. Feel the rustic flair even now, because the workshop on the ground floor is still active at times. Can be accessed separately via an external staircase, you can reach the spaciously designed apartment with an open concept. The living space is about 80 meters away.

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. Completely newly renovated and furnished apartment on the 1st floor. Equipped with a designer floor, box spring beds, shower, bathtub, satellite TV and an interior balcony are just a few highlights for a pleasant stay. Cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Both the spa town of Bad Driburg (9 km) and the cathedral town of Paderborn (22 km), which are also accessible by public transport, invite you to further sights and shopping.

Suffelmühle

Spend your holiday in a 180-year-old mill, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. Visit this mystical place and decelerate. They wake up in the morning and drink a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fire-extinguishing fireplace. The mill with its ponds and the surrounding nature invites you to pause. Hiking and cycling trails start directly at the entrance to the mill. Being in the countryside faster is hardly possible!
