A gorgeous flat, beautifully decorated and minutes away from the beach and the train station. It has everything you need with the supermarkets only a few minutes walk. Would definitely book again!

The place is great, clean, comfortable and actually bigger than expected. It's not in the lively part of town (especially off-season), but it's a very short walk to everything. The flat is located on a busy road but the bedroom is on the other side and is very quiet. The bed is a tad small for a couple but it depends on how you are used to sleeping!

Great stay at Paul’s and really quick communication

Lovely flat in a very convenient location near to amenities, transport and the beach. Very helpful host. I travel to Margate regularly and always stay in one of Paul's flats if they are available.

This basement apartment is really close to the train station, and walkable to all the main attractions in Margate (min 5 mins and max about 30 mins)! We had a really great stay - the bed is v comfortable, it was very quiet, bathroom and kitchen were lovely and clean, and all the amenities are on point. Thank you Paul!

I really needed a quick break by the sea so booked a night in the cottage. I wish I had booked a longer stay. Such a lovely space despite being in a built up area it feels like you are in the middle of the country side or the mountains. Close to the beachfor lovely walks and a great space to stay in and relax. Play pool, watch Netflix, take a long bath in the fabulous jet bath and of course make a fire. I feel very relaxed after my stay and will absolutely come back.

Alex's cabin is an ideal place to stay to explore Margate and the surrounding area. Spotlessly clean and excellent communication we couldn't have asked for more

We found Alex’s place a fantastic experience. It surpassed all our expectations. Starting on arrival. Alex had heated the caban. He also supplied wood for the burner. He is a friendly, approachable and responded promptly to our queries to the facilities. The amazing bathing pool tub experience was out of this world. Along with the pool table and modern wood burner and our conversations with Alexa the virtual assistant made staying in this Rustic futuristic cabin a dream. We would be very happy to return.

Alex was very prompt at responding and the cabin was more than we expected. Everything we needed for our stay was there and it was spotlessly clean. The welcome pack covered everything and we had no problem parking very close to the property. We would definitely stay again.

This is my second time, staying at the Mouse House. It is a beautifully clean, ultramodern, comforting, warm, tranquil heavenly space. I will endeavour to come here as often as possible when I can, it makes Margate extra special. Carmen is a warm, communicative host who knows what she’s doing I would not hesitate to book here in a heartbeat again. It truly is a beautiful space.

Cute little mouse house located next to westbrook beach. Also, it takes only 5 mins away from Margate beach. Super convenient and easy to find. Carmen provided every necessary stuff for staying, just packing ur bags and come. The house is tiny but precious, suitable for two to stay. Lastly, the bed is super comfy. I have to make a huge motivation to get up lol

Carmen’s Mouse House is a beautiful small space, perfect for a couple needing a stylish place to stay. The lodge was spotlessly clean and there were so many amazing small touches left for us - we slept so well. It’s a small walk to the coastline or just a few minutes drive into Margate which places it in a great location.

Great little space for a perfect weekend away. Lots of nice touches and friendly host. The stairs can be quite difficult to manage but part of the fun!

Paul's place is very clean and perfectly sized. The small kitchenette is surprisingly well equipped. Convenient location (if not the most beautiful spot in Margate!) and easy enough to park etc. Highly recommend!

Trish’s apartment was beautiful! So many lovely touches and decor throughout, and sparkling clean! The kitchen and apartment itself was well equipped. There was also a coffee machine which was a lovely surprise. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back!

We were at Hannah's over the Christmas & it was my first time of spending Christmas away from family. But she made it worthwhile, I forgot my amazon stick to connect to Netflix for Christmas movies but she had all that sorted, with a little treat too! It was quite a great time away & Hannah's hospitality is spot on. We are definitely going back to Margate!!

Great place for a weekend stay in Margate. Having a spot for parking is certainly convenient. Great location - you can enjoy a 10min walk along the beach into the city centre. James also gives very clear instructions and make sure everything is fine for our check-in. More importantly, flat is clean, warm and well-equipped!

it was a great flat, with everything you could need. Few mins walk from all the local areas. James the host gave us very detailed info and was quick to reply at all times, we didn't plan anything so all the local advice he shared about where to go and what to do really made the weekend!

Richard's place was cozy and very well equipped. It's located nicely right next to the sea and it only takes a few minutes to get to the nearest beach. Generally his guest house was exactly what I was looking for my time in Margate and can definitely recommend it.

Very close to the beach and met all of our requirements! Jonathan was kind and hospitable as well as efficient.

Extremely good accommodation - clean and presentable. Very thoughtful touches from host, including beer left in the fridge and local information pamphlets. The apartment itself was also beautiful, very spacious and good facilities. Cooking spaces, ample crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. TV and sky on hand and easy to use. All in all an extremely pleasant stay from a clearly experienced host.

Excellent communication in the lead up, during and following our stay. A fantastic apartment so close to all of Margate’s delights, sparkling clean with very comfortable beds. Overall a brilliant trip and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Margate.

Really beautiful apartment located 2 mins from the beach, 5 mins from the station, and 10 mins into town. Along with its great location, it is really thoughtfully decorated and feels well loved and lived-in. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay in Margate, so can easily recommend it for a couples' stay. Communication and check-in with the hosts was responsive and simple.

What can I say that I haven’t said already. Third time at Lisa’s and the little touches blew me away again. This is a beautiful penthouse in a great spot, plus private parking. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should, it will not disappoint. Lisa is communicative, lovely and has really turned this place into a little haven.

Ann is a genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming host. She gave me lots of well appreciated advice on local places of interest to visit. Everything was as described and sparkling clean. The selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate provided as part of the tea and coffee making facilities was a really nice touch. Ann's home is in a quiet terrace about 10 minutes walk from the coast. I had a lovely stay. Highly recommended !

Stayed several times now. Good value and close to town centre. Coffee and tea in the room and although I have never needed too the kitchen is available to use. Ann is very pleasant and always on hand to answer any questions.

We did not have personal contact to Charlotte because our stay there was very short. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Check-in procedure worked without problems and she did answer our messages quickly and friendly. We can highly recommend this place without any restrictions. Thanks again for a pleasant stay :-)

Wonderful and huge apartment, very comfortable (slept so well!) and thoughtfully designed. Stayed for 3 nights with husband and 64yo mother in law in February. Very close to the beach, perfect for running/walking along the promenade. Very close to town centre which was great. The hosts have made a useful folder with suggestions and local things to do. The apartment has a good kitchen and dining area so we were able to cook meals. Huge big TV was great for watching films. There are a couple of flights of steps up and then down to the apartment which mother in law struggled with a little - not a fault of the apartment, she had poor mobility, but worth baring in mind if stairs are a problem. Would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful well thought out layout. Large dining table, with enough space for everyone to sit round. Large cosy sofas, that comfortably accommodated our group of six (even enough room to lay across). Beautiful decor and furnishings made it feel very special. Even little touches like earplugs available made the stay feel very relaxed and welcoming. Easy walk into Margate centre and mins to the beach. Parking excellent in secure off street behind the apartment block. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The place was extremely spotless, very spacious, in a great location (there is a very close Tesco nearby and Margate beach is a short walk away), very cozy, and has all the amenities that we needed and more. Erica and Martin were also very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

Fab apartment, definitely recommend!

We had a brilliant stay in Chapel Mews. The flat is gorgeous, super clean, and very well designed. We traveled from London with our 1 year old, and found it super easy (the location is very convenient with the train, and the space was great for a family). Erica was really great at communicating and there's simply nothing I can fault! Thank you so much, we hope to return!

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, exactly as it looked in the photos. We visited out of season so some of Margate’s attractions (Dreamland, crazy golf, etc) weren’t open but that didn’t really matter as there were still lots of things for us to do - Erica & Martin sent us a handy list- and we happily retreated back to the warmth, peace and tranquility of this lovely apartment. The location is great - a 3 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the old town and 15 minutes to the Turner Contemporary. There is a Tesco Metro situated a few doors down and a couple of takeaways in the local parade of shops. There is safe off street parking and the block feels really secure and well looked after. Inside the apartment, the furniture, bedding and facilities are all high quality and beautifully designed/chosen. Good WiFi in main living area with a lovely large HD tv - perfect for watching the Rugby World Cup! Erica & Martin were really responsive to queries and provided clear checking in & out details. Making it easy to access the property on arrival. It was a fabulous place to stay, we’d love to return and would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

This is a beautifully designed, spacious and stylish flat, perfectly located right by the station and in easy walking distance to explore Margate and the surrounding area. We felt right at home, and particularly loved the extra personal touches such as the breakfast supplies and the lovely outside space for warmer days. Communication with Diane was quick and easy, and the self-check in was helpful as it meant that we could be flexible with our arrival time. A really lovely flat in a great location with private parking. We had a great stay, and loved the view and space. Great flat to bring children to with lots of toys, games and beach equipment to borrow. Mandy was great to deal with, incredibly prompt with responses which was great as we only decided to go last minute and hit the road half an hour after first touching base with her about booking.

Mandy’s place is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! So much character, beautiful seaside decor - light, airy, warm, welcoming and perfect for cosying up under a blanket off-season. Fully equipped kitchen was great for cooking (and plenty of tasty takeaway options too!). The view out of the main bay window is breathtaking, the sea is 30 seconds walk out the front door! Perfect location - only a 10/15 minute stroll into the town, which has lots of gorgeous vintage shops and artsy cafes. Would highly recommend for creative types - perfect for a getaway! 10/10✨

Gorgeous little apartment with perfect views directly over the water, very cosy, comfy and homely interiors, great for kids with the bunk bed and travelcot and high chair. We only stayed a weekend but the kitchen is well equipped too so would be equally perfect for longer stays. Short walk to/from the station and direct access to the beachside boardwalk which takes you straight into town and along to Turner Contemporary. Mandy was helpful and responsive at all times, and there is a concierge on hand as well. Can highly recommend!

Roxy’s place is perfect for larger groups, it’s large dining area and multiple bathrooms allow for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated and Roxy was very communicative and helpful.

Roxy’s place was as advertised: roomy, modern and clean with eclectic art and furnishings. The house easily accommodated the six of us and the well-stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare full dinners for the entire group. Roxy was very responsive and if we visit Margate again we would definitely consider staying at her place.

The house is in a great location within walking distance of all the local amenities. It is stylishly furnished and decorated and proved the perfect space for our group. Roxy was a great host and very communicative. We’ll be back!

We stayed here for a friends hen do, 14 girls in one house...but we loved it. The house is very stylish but also very homely. We felt very welcome with the wine and eggs left alongside a helpful manual. The house is located in a great location, super close to the station and places to grab breakfast etc. Roxy was so helpful in the lead up to our stay too, being very accommodating with last minute guest changes and responding very quickly to any queries. I’d happy recommend Roxy as a host.

When we arrived bread, milk, tea and coffee were provided with extra touches like a cake. The flat was clean and beautiful and it’s location next to the beach and a short walk to Margate were ideal. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. A beautiful flat with everything we needed or could need. Secure parking. The walk into town is easy. Plenty of restaurants in town and opposite the flat. Very comfortable flat. We would definitely stay again.

A really well-presented flat that was beautifully clean, well-presented and full of thoughtful and generous touches. Very comfortable. If you are a very light sleeper then the traffic noise might be noticeable, although this is mentioned in the listing and ear plugs were very kindly provided so not a big issue. The upside to this is that the flat is very conveniently located for local amenities. Parking also really easy and secure which was a huge plus. We very much enjoyed our stay and Vivien is a truly excellent host.

We spent a weekend at Vivien’s wonderful apartment. It was even better than the photos, and the finishing touches were really lovely. And thank you Charlotte for being so accommodating to us and our toddler!

This apartment is really beautifully decorated and so clean. Vivien has thought of everything you could possibly need on a stay away from home. The beds were comfortable too. Vivien left us breakfast for the morning and lots of little extra's like tea and coffee and chocolates! We couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely stay here again.

Ken and his wife Gaynor really are exceptional hosts. We arrived in the dark and Ken picked us up from our car to show us the way to their home. And it really is a lovely, cosy home. It feels like visiting friends. Even the cat Ella is sooo welcoming. It’s a nice area of Westgate-on-sea, very village-like with short walking distances. We (my wife and I) can only repeat what most others have also written in the reviews, a really beautiful place to stay. Tidy, spotlessly clean and so welcoming. Ken and Gaynor were great Airbnb hosts. They were very welcoming...especially as I was staying quite close to Christmas and they were preparing for the big day and a special anniversary celebration! If you're looking for a place to stay, look no further. This house is so beautiful and the garden is possibly my dream. Paul, as a host, is welcoming, kind and so bubbly to talk to. You will get quick responses and no question feels too silly. The house is also in the perfect spot - right next to the beach with all theplaces you could need, a short walk away. Genuinely cannot recommend this place highly enough. Makes it worth going all the way to margate!

I can’t recommend staying at Paul’s home enough if you’re looking for a warm and comfortable stay in Margate. The home is absolutely beautiful, so clean and comfortable. There was everything you could have needed. Communication was so quick and helpful throughout the weekend. It’s also very conveniently located.

Paul and Alan are wonderful hosts who are very helpful and warm-hearted and gave us many recommendations about sightseeing and food in Margate. The house is very clean and stylish and it’s obvious that they’ve put many efforts in maintaining their home. Paul’s place was fantastic. It was a great location with so much near by. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Paul was very welcoming and very hospitable. He had provided breakfast for us and tea and coffee. It was a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Roberts flat is a super-stylish perfect place to stay in margate. It was our first visit to margate and the view was amazing especially at sunset, and just a short walk into the old town. Robert was great to communicate with, all was super smooth and he left great recommendations for margate too. Really really recommended.

This is such a beautiful house, gorgeous furniture and new kitchen and bathrooms. A lovely quiet location, with gorgeous sea view to wake up to. It’s a very quick walk from the train station to get there and the same into town. Robert has compiled a great list of local restaurants etc to visit which was very helpful. The on site parking was fab and secure. The house has literally everything you could want, and Robert even kindly ordered a travel cot for our son for the stay - he slept like a log, so it must have been very comfortable! The main beds were incredibly comfortable too, we all slept well. Robert was very quick to reply and check in and out was simple and smooth. We had such a wonderful stay, and are so keen to come back again sometime.

This is a great property to stay in for exploring all that Margate has to offer. The space is stylish but comfortable and the views are amazing, it was also so quiet. The property is right on the beach and just a few minutes walk to the centre of town and with two bathrooms it was ideal for two couples to stay. It also has a parking space which was very handy. Robert was a great host and quickly responded to all questions in the lead up to our stay. I would highly recommend the Beach House and would love to return in the summer.

Great apartment just as described. The outdoor space makes the difference even in March, we were able to sit on the roof terrace and watch the sunset. Lovely old building with lots of history. Easy to walk to the centre of Margate and beyond.

We had a great weekend at Matthew's flat. Easy to find, excellent location for the train station and really cozy. Sadly we didn't see much of Margate due to the horrendous weather, but a really great place to sit out Storm Ciara. Lovely & warm, comfy & lots of hot water for the fabulous bath tub. Waitrose found us with ease so we didn't even have to go out to get shopping.

It was a very last minute booking and we really appreciated Matthew's quick response and checking his cleaner could go around last minute to prep for us. Beautifully situated right next to the station and a stone's throw from Margate Sands, this is a delightful place to stay in Margate. The beds are very comfortable, the sheets are crisp and clean and there are plenty of plates, mugs and glasses. This is my second stay here and I would be happy to return.

This is a stunning apartment with sea views to die for and a wrap around balcony perfect for enjoying it. It takes your breath away when you walk into the kitchen/living room and see the views and the light for the first time. Our Ocado delivery man was literally struck dumb when he walked in ! It’s an easy walk into the centre of Margate and a few minutes to the nearest beach. Just lovely. We had a fantastic long weekend and hope to return soon.

The Loft's balcony stretches around the penthouse and offers a unique private space to relax and watch the sun setting over Margate beach. Paired with a clean, modern high spec interior and luxurious memory foam mattress' on the beds, this beautiful property is one of those special Airbnb finds.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Before we arrived, Mark was able to make good suggestions for the local area by email, and Fila who let us in and showed us around was very helpful, even rescuing us when we got lost on the way. It was clean and spacious, exactly as the photos show. Showers were good, beds were comfy etc. It had everything we needed to cook, with shops close by. We were able to enjoy the view and balcony despite it being February, and wouldn't hesitate to return.

This apartment was lovely. Had great views of the ocean,was warm and well furnished. The wrap around verandah was fab even though it wasn’t the right time of tear to linger out there. Simply stunning. The view is quite something and the apartment is lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable - usually the worst part of an Airbnb but we slept very well (when the wind calmed down). Would definitely stay again.

Marks place is really great! Easy check-in, great views of the beach, cosy and plenty of space. Easy walk into the old town where there are plenty of nice pubs cafes and restaurants. We accidentally turned off the boiler without realising (thought it was a light switch) but responses about no hot water/heating were swift and the issues was fixed quickly without a problem. Would definitely recommend staying here if youre visiting Margate.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at Mark’s beautiful and well equipped apartment. Great sweeping sea views. Apartment is well positioned, especially for walks along the coast to the east and west, and only 10 mins into old Margate. You don’t need a car. It’s only a few minutes from the railway station. There’s a convenience store and a small Tesco nearby, as well as a couple of small restaurants/takeaways. Would definitely recommend. Imagine the apartment will be amazing in the summer as it has outside entertaining space - indeed you might have to hide from the sun as the living room/kitchen area is panoramic glass. We loved it. A clean, modern apartment close to Margate. We spent three good nights here and would definitely come back to Kent. This proved to be a good base to explore the area - Whitstable, Broadstairs, Herne Bay and Margate itself. Communication with the hosts was excellent and tips provided as to the best places to eat. Margate, Old Town is lovely but other parts still need a good dose of rejuvination.

A great base to explore all that Margate has to offer. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a three night break. A stylish space and in a great location. A few minutes walk into the heart of Margate. Communication with Katy was always quick. Check in was easy with a key coded box. We can thoroughly recommend The Bus Cafe, GB Pizza Co, The Harbour Cafe and The Seaside Cake Parlour for delicious vegan options! All super dog friendly too! Margate, we love you!

Katy and Nick's place is very cosy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to the railway station, local amenities, seafront and town. Katy was excellent in communicating and I highly recommend their place for a short break.

Maria’s house is just lovely and she and family are wonderful hosts, including Harley their very friendly dog. We only stayed one night, but would’ve loved to stay longer. The room was just as described, and everything was very clean and well presented, in fact the bathroom looked brand new. The location is great, a short walk to the centre and very close to the beach/seafront. Maria and her daughter served us a delicious breakfast in the sunny garden. Highly recommended!

The room is very clean, bright and comfortable. Maria is a friendly, thoughtful and considerate host who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Her place is only few minutes’ walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the old town of Margate. If you are looking for that individual touch that is not commercialised, Maria’s place is where I would recommend.
