Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

In the Garden

Looking for a nice place to stay with a lot of privacy? Just outside Utrecht, you will find Bed and Breakfast Au Jardin, where you can enjoy and relax. The guesthouse is at the back of our deep garden. You have your own entrance at the rear of the building. You can also park there. At the front, you can relax on the terrace. The Bed and Breakfast is located in De Meern, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Utrecht and centrally located between Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague.

Bed & Boat

Prachtige woning midden in de natuur en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van het historische centrum van Leiden, de oudste universiteitsstad van Nederland. De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Unique wooden house, near forest and lakes

We built the wooden house ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house can accommodate 4 people, the kitchen diner has a cozy dining table and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor, next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor

Private holiday cottage at river Vecht in Maarssen

Lovely private holiday cottage with own entrance and view on river, meadow and forest, situated at river Vecht between Breukelen. This cottage consists of a living (with TV and WIFI), kitchen, separate toilet on ground floor and upstairs a spacious bedroom with double bed, airco, infrared sauna, a bathroom with shower, sink and 2nd toilet. Located in touristic countryside 10 km north of Utrecht and 25 km south of Amsterdam; ideal for city-trip, cycling, boating, relaxing!

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Welcome to this wonderful, spacious, and sunny apartment! At 120m², you have all the space you need for a relaxing stay. You can park for free, and there are EV charging stations just around the corner. The train station and bus stop are only a one-minute walk away. Within 5 minutes, you'll be in the bustling heart of Utrecht. Within 35 minutes, you can be in Amsterdam. Groceries and takeaway restaurants are right in the neighborhood.

The barn

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Rural Cottage near Utrecht

Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar. Er is een boomgaard en moestuin op het terrein. In de boomgaard staan veel eetbare planten. Kijk en proef als je dat leuk vindt. Als je meer wil weten, dan loop ik graag met je mee.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself.
