My apartment is located in an historic building that once housed the old town hall printing works. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - everything on the ground floor. A private car parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all earnings from airbnb will only be used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
