Amazing - best airbnb place I've ever stayed in. Top location. amazing host.

I stayed on a business trip and found it an excellent location with good access all over for Midlands. Great decor you feel like you're in a Canadian Log cabin plus Sky tV and a great homely feel. On top of that smooth check in and breakfast cereal provided a great stop overall.

We had a very comfortable stay in the barn, a really nice place! Luke was very prompt and helpful when answering my questions! Thank you!

Property was just as described and was great, can thoroughly recommend if you need somewhere to stay in the area.

Really great place to stay close to Prologis and the BHX. spotless inside. Everything you could possibly need and large supermarket down the road. Luke had the place ready really early which was great. Comfy memory foam bed and luxury shower.

Luke's place is a lovely space with everything you need. Me and my wife Asia really enjoyed having a place that was close enough to Birmingham to get in without any hassle, but far away enough to enjoy a bit of countryside and space. The house itself feels like a home from home, with a great living room and all amenities you need. We would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Luke and we'll hopefully be back again sometime soon.

Luke's cottage is a gorgeous little place to stay. It is very well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The lounge area is lovely and comfortable with excellent facilities of sky, BT sport, films and very fast internet. The kitchen was again very clean, well stocked and plenty of room to do a large amount of cooking. Bedroom was tidy, nicely decorated and a comfortable nights sleep! Overall my partner and I couldn't fault our stay and it is somewhere we would certainly consider returning to.

The place is cozy, well equipped and has a perfect location. Furthermore, James was super helpful. He provided us with all the information we needed and more. The cold beers waiting for us in the fridge after work - the cherry on the top. Highly recommended.

What can I say we thoroughly enjoyed ourself, The key for James is communication Just be upfront and he's upfront.James showed us places that we would normally not see and to us was the perfect host.He will interact and make your trip special if you wish and will also leave you alone if you just want time to yourself, the choice is totally yours.House is situated in a great location and was extremely clean shower was the best in the UK.Thanks James for making our trip so enjoyable.

James is a really great host, friendly and attentive. He could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed, which was greatly appreciated. The house is lovely and in a quiet area so great for a restful nights sleep. We didn't go out to eat locally but James made some good recommendations for eating out as well making sure we knew where the local supermarkets were as well as recommended takeaways. We had food delivered and also visited the supermarket (a short drive way) and I can confidently stand by James' recommendations! Great stay overall and would return again if we are in the area again.

Fiona's place is very special. Not just gorgeous, very private, quite and peaceful, but also super clean and equipped with everything we needed and even more. We wish we could have stayed more! Fiona and her family couldn't have been more helpful.

We spent a lovely Saturday night in the Antler Lodge after an event at the NEC. Fiona went out of her way to make us feel welcome, including providing us with information on transport to the venue, and tips on what was on offer locally for a good meal. The quaint touches in the lodge made the visit extra special, including delicious fresh eggs and coffee in the morning as part of a very generous breakfast! This is without doubt somewhere I would recommend to others wanting their own space in beautiful surroundings.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend. Fresh breakfast every morning, Train that's a 5 minute walk and a 10 minute ride into the center of Birmingham and in general just a very nice place to stay with everything you need. Their dog is lovely and if we needed anything Fiona was happy to come and help us. Would highly recommend this place.

Fiona and this Airbnb are fab. Comfortable and a great location. The bed us huge, the shower hot, the decor Is great and Fiona has lovely little touches.. Slippers..chocolate croissant..yum yum. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was lovely and very friendly. The place was so cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We ate out at the local Curry house (Ramadan) which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would happily stay there again!!!

Tammy was warm and welcoming, really easy to like and made me feel comfortable from the moment she opened her door. The single room was ideal for my needs and I slept well. The stay was very comfortable with a nice sized room and comfortable bed with sufficient facilities for storage. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were also excellent as was the off street parking in a nice residential area away from the main roads. Tammy was welcoming from the moment of arrival and ensured that you had everything you needed and what you could use. I would thoroughly recommend if ever needing to stay within the vicinity and more so if you love cats too!

I had a lovely stay at Tammy's. She was incredibly welcoming and gave me so much help with working out the public transport for the area. The house was lovely and everything was clean and tidy throughout. Her cats were also very friendly and sociable, even the grumpy George who is a big softy really! We had a lovely stay! Great value for money, well presented and very clean house. Perfect for the NEC. David was very attentive and helpful. The only downside was that we found the bed in the large bedroom too firm. I'd definitely stay again :)

Great little cottage, excellent location for a wedding we attended nearby at Shustock Barn. Clean, tidy, functional and quiet at night. David was most helpful and communicated very well prior to our arrival. Recommend to other guests!

Fantastic location for visiting the NEC, only around £8 for an uber each way, plenty of shops and food within a few hundred meters (if that), cozy place, comfy, good amenities, and on top of that, David is an excellent host! would highly highly recommend. i plan to return to the NEC for a repeat event next year, and will be looking at renting this place again.

This was a fantastic base for a weekend away with my parents. We were in the area for an event at the NEC, and found the cottage to be the perfect home from home after a hectic day. As a bonus for exhibitors; parking and the house itself is behind electric security gates. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and considerate - laying on treats like a bottle of wine plus hot drinks and breakfast things. Bedding and towels were top quality and everything was sparkling. Little things like providing a hairdryer really impressed us. We were also able to take our time on the day of our departure - which made a huge difference. It was mum and dad's first experience of AirBnB and they are now looking forward to making this a regular thing. In conclusion, we would all recommend the cottage and hosts. Great place, excellent communication.

Great place to stay for the NEC. We make regular trips to the NEC for work and will be looking to stay here every time we visit in the future. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the house was very welcoming and warm.

The cottage is super charming. Very clean, brand new, and very cosy! We were welcomed by David, Julie and Andrew's neighbour who was very nice and helpful! Parking was also provided and the house is located 20min away from Birmingham city centre (by car). Overall, we have had a very comfortable stay and we will definitely come back if we ever have to be in Birmingham in the future.

It was really lovely to stay at Sarah's. She was really helpful before I arrived, looking into local transport information for me. Her home is lovely and cosy, the bed really comfortable and location really good for both Birmingham and the NEC/ airport as buses run directly, just a 2 minute walk from her home. Local shop and restaurant also a short walk. Sarah was great company and her cat Lilly made me feel at home too. Will definitely book again if back in Birmingham. The flat was very easy to find and very secure. Free parking. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy, -also option of extra Throws and pillows. Sarah made me very welcome And we had a nice chat and a drink together! -I was also offered some breakfast in the morning however I was late so didn't have time in the end! I could help myself. -also a really nice touch was the luxury tioletries and clean towels which were nice and fluffy to use. Sarah went Bove and beyond to make you feel at home and have access to extras that she didn't have to provide. Very good location if you are working at the NEC like me also! 10/10for value! And will stay again if in the area :)

After a long journey, I was greeted with a smile and generosity. Sarah was fantastic at placing me at ease & sarah's hosting was exemplary, nothing was a issue or to much trouble. The estate is convenient for all amenities & was quiet with little disturbance. It was a great experience & I felt that I gained a friend rather than having a hosting landlady.

Sarah is the absolute best host. Everything was perfect and comfy, really felt like I could make myself at home and all touches taken care of. Fantastic company, would highly recommend!

Diane's home is wonderful and very welcoming. I met Diane and her gorgeous pooch the day i left and was great to speak to her and she is lovely in person and in text. Will definitely return here next year.

All in all I had a pleasent stay! I saw Diane only once or twice, but she was nice and helpful. The room is small, but got all you need.

I stayed 8 nights at Diane's house. When I arrived and after putting my luggage in my room Diane gave me a ride in her car and drove me to the shops. Thank you Diane. My room was small but it had a bed, table, chair and a television. There was also always hot water for taking a shower in the shower bath. The house is situated in a good area. Bus number 55 goes from near the house to the city centre. I enjoyed my stay very much while staying at Diane's house. Thank you very much Diane.

Fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. On arrival we were greeted with teas/coffees and home made cookies, and Karen continued to look after us making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The accommodation itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the facilities you'd need for a comfortable weekend away. We paid a little extra to use the 'reindeer hut' in the garden and it was a fantastic quirky addition that really made our stay. It included a fire pit which was perfect for toasting our marshmallows! Would definitely recommend and indeed would love to return for another stay!

I can't fault this accommodation at all. Modern and roomy for a family of five. All fittings and fixtures like new. Faultlessly clean. Sky tv and excellent wifi connection. Our host was also great! We arrived late in the evening and our host was on hand to welcome us with information and cookies!! We left fairly early next morning but that wasn't an issue to our host who cooked us a made to order delicious breakfast....best porridge I'd tasted for a long time!! Our host even gave us very precise directions to get to NEC which avoided any congestion. Location wise again cannot be faulted. Very quiet area and in a lovely part of the country and yet easy to find from M6 toll and within easy reach of NEC. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough! Thank you!!

A home from home. This beautiful little cottage offers everything you will need. Karen clearly takes pride in what she has achieved here and pays attention to details. The cottage was immaculate, the setting was fantastic and we really couldn't ask for more. This little gem is within easy reach for Birmingham NEC and airport and a good base for exploring the midlands. Karen's communication prior to our stay was excellent and extremely helpful. This was genuinely a 5 star stay and we hope to return soon.

Little Bridge Cottage is a lovely airy place to stay with views of the bridge and fields. The standards are very high and the place immaculate. Very conveniently located for the airport and easy access to lots of places.

Scrupulously clean and pleasant place with view of river from top floor. Karen was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay and Karen really helped us out at short notice. Even provided lifts to the train station so we made our concert. The free doughnuts was a great treat too.

The home was very comfortable and well kept, I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Emily's place for future travellers. I didn't meet Emily, however she was very happy to answer all questions, and was easily reachable.

Emily was a great host and made us feel very welcome. She managed to put up with our snoring and me talking about the Star Trek convention without falling asleep. This was perfect for our stay in Birmingham. About a ten minute drive from the NEC. There was everything we needed at the house, there's even a corner shop next door in case you forgot to pack your toothbrush. Would definitely recommend.

We stopped by David's house overnight, this is a very modern house with all high end furnitures and housewares, TV in each room, separate kitchen and toilet in some rooms too. We do enjoy the food and drinks in the fridge. And nearby highway,, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for family or group gathering. Appreciate David's waiting for us until 22:00 pm and great greetings.

Kiran was very nice and super contactable before and after the check in. She always asks if there's anything she can do for your better stay at her place! Place takes 10 mins walk to Lea Hall station, which took me only 6 mins to Birmingham international station (NEC) by train. It was quite good for my business trip at NEC! Place is clean there's always hot shower available with good water pressure. The kids were lovely as well :) Thank you so much for the hosting! Will def see you again for my other business trip at Birmingham

Kiran's house is in Lea Village, a small suburb of Birmingham with good access via both train and bus. The village centre is just a few streets away, and has several takeaways and a couple of grocery stores. To get into Birmingham, it's about 10-12 minutes' walk to the train station, then two or three stops into Birmingham New Street. The last train back from town is around eleven-ish, and the walk back from the station is quiet and well-lit at night. For trips outside public transit zones, I booked a taxi from Local Radio Cars, on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). The room was very neat and clean - it was clearly a kid's room at some point, with glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling, but now features a nice double bed which was very comfortable. The street was very quiet at night and I got a great sleep. The shower is easy to use and has good water pressure. Kiran and Ahmed themselves were absolutely lovely. I didn't see a lot of them or the kids, as I headed to bed early and got up early both days, but they made sure I knew where everything was, and had set out tea and coffee, butter, and breakfast food. If I was ever down for the same event in Birmingham, I'd definitely think about staying here again.

I had a great stay with Earl. He's a very welcoming and relaxed host, the house, bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for access to the NEC, airport, motorway network and train station to the city centre. Very highly recommended.

Earls house is beautifully kept, clean and stylish. It overlooks a nature area and so was quiet too. A perfect location for the NEC, I would highly recommend it for adults.

It was a nice experience staying at Earl's. He is very welcoming and helped me find my way around Birmingham. If you want to live for a few days in a calm neighbourhood and have a taste of the calm life and the happy atmosphere of one of the greenest towns in Europe, I recommend Earl's place.

Earl was a fantastic host - very warm, welcoming and friendly. His home was beautifully decorated, very show home feel - very impressive. I stayed in the back bedroom and the bed was amazingly comfy - two fantastic nights sleeps for me there. Earl also let me have reign of the kitchen due to how much I prepare/eat for my body building lifestyle - and can't thank him enough for letting me do so as it makes staying away somewhere a lot easier. Would definitely stay again.

This place is everything Joanne describes it as. We were there for just one night, basically only to sleep so didn't really test the waters with the neighbourhood and public transport. It wasn't central Birmingham but wasn't far to get there by public transport. Joanne was very helpful with all of our questions.
