Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with a well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt and Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (forest path), train station: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. I am happy to give tips and information. The windows of the studio go to the courtyard, which partly green, serves as a (large) part as a parking space. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about a 6-10 minute walk). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in the Advent). If the nearby prince pond (2 minutes ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since requests keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. In addition, of course: dishwashing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bathroom. A private parking space is available directly in front of the entrance for guests arriving by car. Note: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just tell me your wish day for it.

It is a small cute house with a 700sqm large well maintained and partly fenced/ with high hedges, directly in the Thuringian Forest. The house is in a quiet garden with no directly adjacent main road. In winter, you can enjoy the quiet nature with sled, cross-country skis or even alpine skis in the deep snowy forest. Removed from the house 16 min, a ski lift in the neighboring town of Oberhof. Many wonderful hiking trails for large and small.

The idyllically located holiday home with a size of about 50sqm has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the air spa town of Finsterbergen directly on/in the forest, in a small bungalow settlement. Due to its location it offers an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, near Kassel and is surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the door into the forest and yet only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and large groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and feel very comfortable on a regular basis.
