Excellent house in the Lagoa Azul Condominium, with a swimming pool and a private barbecue area (within the property itself). Spacious property in a very good location, 2 minutes from the motorway. The secondary entrance to the apartment complex faces the lagoon, which is an excellent place for walks, children and photos. After walking another 500 metres, you will reach Praça do Parque Nanci, a perfect family-friendly spot with plenty of playground equipment, cafés and restaurants. Supermarket approximately 5 minutes away, beach 15 minutes away.

You'll have a great time in this comfortable and spacious house. Close to the beach, main event and shopping squares. Large 3-room living room, master suite with office, sofa and whirlpool. Canadian suite (2 integrated bedrooms with 1 bathroom). Beautiful lawn space to ensure everyone's fun. Beautiful pool, large deck. The house is near Barroco (best location in the region). The maps are showing a distant location (wrong). We are close to Praça dos Gaviões. New house, not even decorated.

The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfers beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes away by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy nature.
