Bike And Hike House: Near Antwerp and Gent

The house is located in a dead end street with hardly any traffic. Tielrode and this surrounding is a true cycling and hiking paradise. The Durme river flows into the Scheldt in the backyard of the house. Water taxi is available near the house, which you can jump on for free with or without bike. The area stands out for its beautiful cycling and walking routes. In addition, there is a wide choice of cozy restaurants. Very easy connection with Antwerp (30 min) and Ghent (35 min).

Our house is the old house of the architect in the village of Haasdonk. On the ground floor, we decorated our Airbnb, where the drawing tables used to be. Haasdonk is another green lung, located between Ghent and Antwerp. It's the ideal base to get a taste of culture, art, or history in one of both cities. Or visit Hof ter Saksen, our beautiful park forest, the fortress of Haasdonk or hiking and mountain biking on one of the many trails in the woods of Haasdonk.
