The apartment on the ground floor is part of a detached house which we live in as a family, but is completely separated with its own entrance. It consists of a bedroom for 2 persons, bathroom with toilet/ bathtub/washing machine/dryer, fully equipped. Kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 pers. The cozy 1-room apartment was newly renovated in 2022 in modern alpine style. It is about 25 square meters has a living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment radiates a "feel-good character", the furnishings and the light are very coherent.
