A different cottage in a rural setting

The cottage is located in the village Blixbo (12 km no about Falun) The accommodation is quiet and peaceful and has a beautiful view over the cultivated landscape. The kitchen is simple but well equipped. There is no water or toilet inside the cabin but there is in the main building about 15 meters from the cabin. There is also a private bathroom. Access to barbecue area and outdoor furniture. The double bed is 2x80 cm mattresses and the upper bed is 80 cm. Bed linen + big towel for rent, 50 SEK/ person.

Welcome to Sundborn and our charming country house, situated in a quiet, secluded and unique area. This is the perfect place for a quiet vacation or maybe to get some practice ahead of Vasaloppet. During the winter there is usually prepared ski tracks just outside the the house. With Beautiful surroundings you can spend your days in Sundborn or use the house as a base to explore wonderful Dalarna. A nice wood fired sauna by the lake is available for an additional fee.

Ett boende närmare vattnet är nog svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.
