Located less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, this cozy, yet very roomy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house sleeps 7, with a king bed, twin over queen bunk and a pullout sofa. The enclosed front porch has a table for 4 to enjoy coffee or a game of cards as well as a dedicated work desk space.  Great working kitchen with dining for 6. The back porch has a dining table for 6 and a fenced in yard to keep your little humans or dogs safe.  Laundry on site. No Cats

House of Rio is nestled between downtown Stuart and Jensen. Visit amazing coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, & take in all the old Florida charm. At the end of our street is water access to the St Lucie River. A screened in patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a nice cup of Joe, courtesy of our Nespresso machine. Out back, enjoy our fully fenced yard, corn hole, stock tank pool, & fire pit. Don't miss our outdoor shower perfect after a trip to the beach, located 10 min away!

Our studio was recently renovated and everything is new! It is a quaint space with great decor and a huge custom tile bathroom and shower. The king bed is super cozy and the unit is stocked with everything you would need including high-speed wifi, wall-mounted TV, AC control and a fully stocked kitchen. We are walking/biking distance to the waterfront and all that downtown Stuart has to offer!
