The studio is conveniently located less than 1 mile from I-95 which gives you easy access to any of the major metropolitan areas in South Florida. Note: HOA approval is needed for stay greater than 30 days.

We also have an adjoining unit next door which has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a bedroom with a king bed and can be booked separately if available.
