Loved our stay at Kozy Kottage! It was the perfect home base for visiting family in the area. Close to everything, plenty of room to spread out and host a family game night. Definitely felt like a home away from home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. House was clean and kitchen was stocked with pots and pans to cook. We brought our boat and the yard had plenty of room to park boat and and 2 vehicles. Beach and boat ramps are a short drive approximately 10 min aways.

We booked day of and it was an easy process from there. The house was clean, inside and out. The home was pristine, clutter free, but offered so many things we didn't need to go out and purchase for a week stay(paper products, hand soap, dish pods, etc...) The beds were comfy and the linens we all really nice! The outdoor area was perfect for our group and allowed us to have the kiddos entertained without sacrificing adult time together. Matthew's the best ever host we've ever come across, with all the extra personal attention he put into making sure we had a nice stay in his home. 1,000,000% recommend him and any of his properties

A serene Jensen Beach gem! Tucked away just enough for total privacy, the cottage is delightfully quaint and clean. We loved waking up to the peaceful view from the porch, then whipping up breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Despite feeling like a quiet retreat, it’s an easy walk to cafés and local shops—no car required once you’re settled. If you’re after calm, convenience, and spotless comfort, this place nails it.

We had a great time, even though it rained a lot. There is a lot to do in the area. A kids museum, a mall with a game room and lots of restaurants nearby. Of course, on nice days the ocean is very close and there is a pool and club house at the resort. The home is fairly new and very modern! Kids had a great time!

Our family loved staying at thia gorgeous location. Best part was that it was right next To the pool. Extra clean and full of amenities. Even bikes! Can’t wait to book for next year!’

We had a good time at this house. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and well supplied with almost everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach and easy to get around. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Just something to note: the exterior could definitely use a bit of TLC to match the beautiful renovated inside. Also, the extra bedroom, which seems to have been remodeled or converted from the garage, stayed quite warm even with a fan, so it was a bit uncomfortable for our family members who stayed there. Overall, though , it was a lovely stay and we'd definitely recommend it.

I booked the “Blue Mind” for a four week holiday in the Palm City / Stuart area. Fantastic property right on the water and directly across the channel from Stuart. Three kayaks are available to guests, all in excellent condition. The cottage itself is set back from the water behind the main house, but access to the water is easy. There’s parking for two cars, and the cottage is quiet and comfortable. Located on a cul-de-sac off of a cul-de-sac off of a cul-de-sac (no kidding!) in a quiet upscale residential area, it’s ideal for enjoying a walk around the neighborhood in the cool of the evening. On top of all that, owners Chad and Liz are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was super clean and had absolutely everything we could need for our stay. The outdoor space was amazing! Our family spent almost all of our time outside. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all the bedding, towels, etc. were of excellent quality. We explored many beaches, all of them super easy to get to from the house. The owners responded immediately to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend this awesome house to friends and family!!

Beautiful home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pristine and immaculate home. Pool was absolutely wonderful. Appreciated the lovely decor especially the wooden pieces. More than adequately stocked with everything we needed. A lot of care was put into this home and we felt comfortable and welcomed.

This house was amazing to host our family for Easter weekend while visiting our daughter. The beds were so comfortable and the backyard was an oasis that we loved to spend time in, and the pool was the prefect temperature! So close to everything you want to do in Jensen!

Perfect BNB for our family of 5 with little kids! We biked to the beach every day. We very much appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and bikes. Even though we brought our own bikes, we'll know for next time. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and walking around to the pool and dock with the kids was very nice. Overall it was great!

This home is beautifully updated with so much charm, located in a quiet, lovely part of Jensen Beach. The two large mango trees out front were such a nice touch! The backyard and outdoor space were well cared for, and the interior décor was cute, clean, and thoughtfully done. It still keeps that Old Florida feel, which I really appreciated. The home stayed cool and comfortable, with fans in all the right spots. The memory foam beds are more on the firm side, but the pillows were great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would have stayed longer if Sunday hadn’t already been booked. Peaceful location, walkable neighborhood, and just far enough from everything to truly relax. A great find!

Had a great stay with my friends, house was very clean and spacious, and there were many activities to do in the area

We had a wonderful time staying at Christopher's place. We have stayed in the Pelican before so the Spoonbill was basically identical. The unit was a little aged but nothing that impeded our vacation. The ability to have a pack and play without traveling with one made a huge difference for us and we also appreciated all the pool/beach gear in the closet.

Perfect location! Steps away from all the fun and the water! We loved this location, and we didn't have any issues with the noise, but this is not for people that are sensitive to noise or fun. Great views from the window to people watch. Beautiful shops and amazing restaurants just outside the front door. Very busy location and pretty loud most of the day and night. Definitely not for light sleepers. There is a bar is just below this rental, so you can hear the music. There's also a lot of noise during the day, with the lawn maintenance and music playing and people in the streets! This rental is very spacious and beautiful. Clean and the host was amazing!

We had a great stay in Marnie’s cottage for the weekend! Great location, walkable to the little town! Quiet, quaint little coastal town. Would love to visit and stay here again!

My mom lives nearby and this is such a perfect location for us to visit her, have a place to come back to, walk to local restaurants and shops, and enjoy Jensen Beach. We have been back twice and hope to stay here again. The host is very responsive and our stay is super convenient.

Amy was very helpful the entire stay. This home is absolutely beautiful and it had everything you could need for a fun vacay. The pool is perfect size and neighborhood is friendly. You are literally five mins from anywhere you need to go. Beaches are 30 mins away! Amy made sure if I needed anything to let her know. Wonderful host and I cannot wait until next year!! I would stay again and again. 10/10! 🙌

We enjoyed the great view and sound of the ocean from the living area. Getting onto the beach is quick, and the provided beach gear is excellent. The condo was spotless and well decorated. It was also well equipped with everything you would expect. The reserved covered parking spot near the elevator was a nice perk. Our host was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again!

We have stayed here several times although a person at a time. It’s clean, fresh with comfortable bed, couch, kitchen. Not huge but all you need. It’s close to our family members and location is VERY convenient to everything. Thank you !

This is a very special property. It’s tranquil, peaceful and safe to walk around. There are restaurants with in walking distance. A quaint little fishing village that as described feels very “old Florida” The owners are very responsive. Gave great directions and helpful information. I would totally stay here again. This space is perfect for digital nomads working from the laptop. The towels were great. Bed was very comfortable and there is a washer/dryer on property. I highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough about this location. Quality of the construction, furniture and appointments… Very well done. The view in the morning for coffee… If you’re looking for a peaceful place, this is the spot.
