Welcome to "ESCATTOU". Long-term rental available from October to March Opened in 06/22, the house is adjoining and independent of ours located in the hamlet of St Etienne d'Escattes in the countryside amid vineyards. You will be quiet, you will enjoy a terrace and a private garden area with the possibility to cool off in our pool (to be shared with the owners). Ideally located at the entrance to Sommières, charming city between Nîmes and Montpellier, it overlooks a pretty courtyard with an independent entrance from the owners' house. Recently renovated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a shower with a steam room. It is connected to Wifi. You have pool access (see notes).
