Willkommen in der neu erbauten Traumseelodge am Ostufer des Traunsees! Unser Appartement bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Traunsee und den Traunstein. Es liegt mitten in der Natur, am für uns schönsten Platz am See, hinter dem Gasthaus Hoisn. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch, ein Badezimmer, einer voll ausgestattete Küche und einer eigenen Terrasse. Geniessen Sie den Seeblick von jedem (!) Winkel im Appartement.

Genießen Sie den Ausblick in dieser ruhigen (Ende der Straße, neben Feldern) und zentral (7 min. zu Fuß in den Ort, 10 min. zum See) gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Vacation apartment in the annex on 2 floors. Private entrance, anteroom with wardrobe and sauna. Open attic with kitchen, living and dining area. Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

The central location with the best connection allows you to explore the surroundings with all their natural beauty even without a car. You've come to the right place! Skiing, bike tours for adults and children, beach and swimming fun and the most beautiful hiking trails right at your doorstep. In the Salzkammergut, there is something for everyone :)

Apartment with garden, sauna and infrared cabin

The apartment is 120 m² and offers a small garden which is completely fenced and therefore also suitable for dogs. Infrared cabin from Physiotherm and a sauna. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and offers two single beds. From this centrally located place you are 5 minutes from Grünau im Almtal and 15 minutes from Gmunden. Walk to the supermarket in 2 minutes and to the Almfluss in 5 minutes.

In the cottage "Waldesruh" you can leave the hectic everyday life behind and simply switch off. The rustic and practically furnished cottage offers space for family or friends. It is quietly located on the edge of a settlement. From here you can explore the varied Almtal and the beautiful Traunseestadt Gmunden. A quiet swimming lake and refreshments are just a few minutes' walk away. Ideal starting point for hikes or cycling trips.

Quiet, romantic apartment in the country house style with private balcony, which can be entered from the living room as well as from the bedroom, XXL rain shower and partner bathtub in the new luxury bathroom available, ideal starting point for hikes as well as a starting point for excursions to St. Wolfgang, Bad Ischl - our imperial city, Hallstatt, Bad Aussee, Salzburg, various lakes, etc.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
