The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). Our apartment is located on a hill in the district of Viechtwang overlooking the beautiful Alm river. In about 500 m there is a bakery for your breakfast wishes. You enjoy your completely own realm on about 35 m². In addition, you have your own wardrobe in the entrance area right in front of the apartment. Outside we offer a great garden with terrace and barbecue area under the shady walnut tree. In the winter months, you can enjoy the proximity to the Kasberg ski resort (15 min).
