Beaucoup de charme pour cet appartement situé au 1er étage d'une villa des années 60 entièrement rénovée avec jardin provençal privé (oliviers, lavandes). Le quartier résidentiel est très paisible. Vous pourrez profiter de sa terrasse plein sud mais aussi de l'ombre des arbres et de la fraîcheur du jardin du rez de chaussée. Vous serez à 5 mn à pieds de la gare et du centre ville, des Allées Provençales avec ses cafés et ses restaurants, ses magasins de nougats (nos friandises locales).

Welcome to the heart of the medieval village of Rochemaure, ideally located on a quiet street close to the Via-Rhôna. Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover an old art gallery transformed into a warm and comfortable vacation rental of about 45 square meters. We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 peaks to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

The "Gîte Perché", in Drôme provençale

The Gîte perché has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people (5 extra). It was built in the renovated wing of a beautiful stone house located within the castle, at the top of the medieval village of Sauzet, in the Drôme Provençale. It is next to the ruins of the castle and a 12th century church, quiet and within walking distance of the village shops. The house has received the Heritage Foundation Label, recognizing the quality of the renovation.

The owner is a 39-year-old author, residing and sleeping on the ground floor.

In this unusual accommodation, everything is well arranged to allow you a pleasant and rejuvenating stay. The all-wood construction gives a warm and charming atmosphere. For safety reasons, due to unsecured mezzanines, I cannot accept reservations with children under 7 years old.
