Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

Close to the center of the village, between Drôme Provençale and Ardèche, on the way to the hilltop villages, the Le Perchoir apartment located on the first floor of a family house will welcome you for a relaxing or professional stay and discovery of the surroundings. Numerous visits nearby: Vercors, the Ardèche gorges, Grignan Castle and its festivities, Nyons and its delicious olive oil, discovery of the Cotes du Rhône, numerous hikes and swimming to discover.

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 beaks to the Mont Ventoux. This peaceful place consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person ( or 2 children ), a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen lounge area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

Independent toilet Each room is equipped with a flat screen tv, 140cm bed, dresser and independent key lock.

The "Gîte Perché", in Drôme provençale

The Gîte Perché has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people (5 extra). It was set up in the renovated wing of a beautiful stone house located within the castle, at the top of the medieval village of Sauzet, in Drôme provençale. It meets the ruins of the castle and a 12th century church, quiet and a few minutes' walk from the village shops. The house received the Heritage Foundation Label, recognizing the quality of the renovation.

Close to Montélimar, this pretty house tastefully furnished will charm you, at the gates of a small Provencal village it will be suitable for couples with children and people with limited mobility. It is air-conditioned and has a beautiful terrace with village views. The rural area offers you nice walks and bike rides and lots of small markets or empty attics live on weekends. A garage is available for bikers or bikes

During your stay, you can enjoy the Ardèche gorges, the Drôme river, hikes at the foot of the Vercors, visits to the hilltop villages of the Drôme Provençale such as Mirmande and Grignan... and many other activities.

On a beautiful wooded plot of 1600 m2, come and discover the charm of this small wooden house (Tiny House). In this unusual accommodation, everything is well arranged to allow you a pleasant and rejuvenating stay. The all-wood construction gives a warm and charming atmosphere. For security reasons, due to unsafe mezzanines, I cannot accept bookings with children under 7 years old.
