I have here an apartment with about 80 sqm. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The other rooms on the 1st floor. Next to the entrance there is a terrace available for your own use. Parking on a closed area would also be available. The accommodation is centrally located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. All destinations can be reached in about 30 minutes. We also have a swimming lake in our village. Shopping facilities are on site.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
