Charming studio overlooking the sea, with a livable terrace on the main street of Camogli. On the fifth floor of a typical "palazzata", with characteristic "camoglina" staircase (not recommended for those who have walking difficulties and children -only adult)). The two windows offer breathtaking views from Punta Chiappa to Genoa, and unforgettable sunsets. Small but comfortable, it is the result of careful and careful renovation. Overlooking a beautiful beach in a typical Genoese palace is this small and refined attic completely renovated with bathroom and kitchen just finished and finely furnished with a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Margherita and Portofino which is just 3 km away. HOUSE WITHOUT ELEVATOR WITH 4 FLIGHTS of STAIRS ONE PO TIRING plus one but compensated by a unique view! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES for both the staircase and the small space of the attic.

Air conditioning present in all the rooms. Fast Wi-Fi. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with small perch, living room with equipped kitchen with sofa bed and possibility of an additional bed.
