Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Open Heart Apartment sea view

Namaste human brother. I live right next to the two apartments that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved apartments with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola (a kind of hermit). At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.
