Holiday rentals with beach access in La Spezia

A true gem! We are a family of 4 (2 teens) and stayed 2 nights. Great location, comfortable and clean with plenty of amenities but what truly makes it so special is the host. Martha (and Francesco) could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They go above and beyond to give their guests VIP treatment. We would book again without hesitation and highly recommend (including taking one Francesco’s boat tours (we did sunset tour)).

Everything is great! The apartment is beautiful, clean, beautifully furnished - we felt comfortable immediately. In addition, it is totally quiet and is a perfect starting point for excursions to cities, the mountains or on foot to the beach. Cristian's parents Salvatore and Elena (who live with him) welcomed us very warmly and were super friendly and helpful. We felt like we were visiting friends. We would come back anytime:)

Our family (2 adults and 4 kids) loved every minute of our stay. The balcony and views alone were worth the money but the whole apartment was Cinque Terre perfect. We will definitely be back!

The place was just perfect - great location, comfortable beds and AC, amazing rooftop to hangout on! The hosts made it so easy by meeting us at the train to help carry our luggage and find the place, and also helping when time to leave. Treated us with a bottle of Prosecco and limoncello when we arrived! There are quite a few steps up to the place, but that is what makes is so magical and gives you the amazing views of the marina. Riomaggiore is such a smart choice to stay in to experience Cinque Terre and be away from the crowds- very authentic! The people are so nice! Thank you hosts for this amazing memory and treating us like family! You can also walk now on the Via dell’Amore path - it has reopened after 12 years and begins in Riomaggiore. The hosts will give you a tourist card that allows you to go on the trail as often as you want once you have paid once. It’s a fun sunset walk!

This studio apartment is very close to the sea and all shops and cafes making it a great place to stay .

What a fantastic stay we had at Fabrizio’s place! It is easy to get to, conveniently located to the train station, the beach, and numerous restaurants. The space was just perfect for us - and the best part was the outdoor space! We spent a lot of time outside on the patio just soaking in the sunshine, fresh air, and listening to the birds and the sea. If we ever have the chance to come back to Monterosso al Mare, we will be sure to stay there again! Perfetto! Grazie Mille!

The apartment was located in a perfectly central place. We did not pack as light as we should have so the many stairs were brutal. The apartment would have suited our needs if 2 of us didn’t get a 24 hour stomach flu in which our daughter’s friend had to pass through our bedroom to get to the bathroom. Margarita was wonderfully responsive and truly caring about the situation when we got sick. In summary, a great place if we had packed lighter and hadn’t been sick.

We loved our stay in Lerici! Guiliana was very kind to us and the apartment was perfect!

I stayed with my girlfriend and a friend of mine at Marianna's. She was super hospitable and very helpful with our requests. The house lacked nothing, very clean and tidy on our arrival. In addition, Marianna was able to point us to many restaurants and activities to do in Monterosso. I would love to return to Monterosso as a guest of Marianna.

Antonellas place is the best! We particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the coast. We weren’t sure which town to stay in when we booked but ended up being so glad we chose Corniglia- each Cinque Terre village gets busy and crowded during the day, but Corniglia in particular gets so quiet and peaceful after all the crowds leave. It was so relaxing!! Thank you Antonella!!

This house is magical. :) The ancient stone walls married with the beautifully modern and renovated kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The views exceptional. Our family of 5 (3 kids, young professionals, in their 20s) were completely at home and always excited for their next adventure. There was something for everyone - hiking, swimming, wonderful restaurants, and adventures to other villages and towns. The trains, trails, and shuttles met every need. The TWO terraces were family central to admire views, share stories of the day, and be together. Corniglia is delightful. It empties out in the evening and we felt like locals. The villagers were so welcoming. Christina was a perfect host. We all want to come back.

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Very welcoming accommodation with comfort as described and clean with private parking for the car. Lydia gave us good advice on restaurants, trails, different cities to visit accessible by train and ferry. Very attentive person and very attentive to her guests, small gifts on arrival, we really highly recommend this house. Maybe see you next time. Sylvie and J-Marc.

Cinzia's place is as described, there's really nothing missing! The view is great and the exteriors too (even if the rain didn't allow us to enjoy it). For us the access by car was a little difficult at first, but once the help was taken it was easier. (the path is suitable and in very good condition) The village of Bonassola is full of charm, and the surroundings really beautiful. Access to the 5 lands is very convenient and easy with the train. Communication with Cinzia was always easy and prompt and was able to adapt to us. We recommend this place!

This AirBNB was amazing. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. Adriana and her father are amazing hosts and are top notch. Adriana’s father helped us get our luggage to the AirBNB which was amazing and above and beyond. My fiance and I couldn’t recommend this AirBNB more! The location is the best in Riomaggiore and is very peaceful in the mornings and at night.

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. The view from this apartment is incredible. The photos don’t really do it justice. We had our coffee and pastries out each morning and one night pizza for dinner. I appreciate that there is a table and not just chairs. Riomaggiore can be kind of noisy at night but the bedroom windows solidly kept any noice out. The downstairs rooms and bathroom are really spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washing machine twice and I greatly appreciate that pods were provided. Michele was so friendly, helpful and communicative when I was trying to sort out a fishing trip for my family. He saved the day! Would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we lived were very kind and we immediately felt comfortable. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good advice, very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

We had a lovely stay in Monterosso and Antonella was an excellent host! The apartment is a steep climb from the town but is not far and we enjoyed sitting on the lovely patio for breakfast!

If you are looking for a space with one of the most amazing views in the world, then book this space immediately! Watching the sunset from the balcony every night is incredible and made our first experience in Manarola unforgettable. Erica's space was super clean and beautifully designed. More of a modern set up, with unique lighting options and a large jacuzzi tub. Although we didn't use much of it, there are plenty of kitchen items, to make you feel at home, plus a washing machine! All that being said, there is a pretty impressive climb to the space. Unfortunately, we arrived in town after the assisted check-in window, so my wife and I had to push our luggage up a pretty steep incline, through the town, and then up a good amount of steps, plus the room is three flights up from the entrance. So, if daily climbs and steps aren't your thing, then maybe this isn't the spot for you. All in all, Erica's place is amazing and made our stay in Manarola a really great one.

We had a wonderful stay in Michalea's apartment. It was clean and easy access to the train that takes you to Cinque Terre. Short walks to many restaurants, supermarket and the beach. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ilenia’s place is adorable, clean, and, quiet and has a great vibe. Ilenia’s check-in and check out instructions were so clear with detailed photographs showing the way. Ilenia was so responsive and kind, even bringing us additional toilet paper and beach towels. Ilenia is a great host and we loved coming back to the calmness of her place after long days out hiking, etc. P.S. the stairs getting in are steep, but just hold the handrail, there are steep stairs all over the cinque terre. 100% recommend

Nice, clean and everything you need

My wife and I have stayed in the beautiful Cinque Terre village of Vernazza three times and this is definately the best accommodation. It is literally less than a minutes walk to Piazza Guglielmo via 10 steps from the apartment door. The window opens out onto the harbour end of the main via, which is a great place to watch the goings on in the piazza. There are numerous restaurants and bars within minutes (or less) walking time. The apartment is basic, yet well equipped with a comfortable bed and standard kitchen items. It is going to be the apartment we book on our return to Vernazza.
