Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
