Great central location and apartment for the price! Juliana is very friendly and communication was fast and easy. It's a light and airy studio, with giant windows on the front facing sunrise. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. I work online as a teacher, so internet quality is very important to me, and I had no problems with the network while I stayed here. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for making basic meals. The neighborhood isn't especially beautiful, but the location is very central, and there are lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. I arrived from the bus terminal easily using public transportation. The only drawback is the traffic noise since the apt building is on a big avenue - it didn't bother me too much and it helps that the apt is on the 7th floor, but if you are a light sleeper, you may want earplugs. I highly recommend for solo travelers!

The place is even better than the pics. Everything was clean and on point. A lovely view from the concrete jungle which is SP could also bs seen. I'd definitely recommend this place. The place is in the centre of São Paulo, which is an amazing location quite close to everything. Just the surrounding of the building might be a bit scarring, but we had no problem during our staying. Elben is also a lovely host. He was quite quick with all the answers and also while preparing the room. Upon arrival, he provided us with snacks and treats and also a comprehensive books with recommendations of what to do in SP. The place is definitely worth it.

My husband and I opted for Elben because of the easy access to Barra Funda, since we were going to do a test there. And the space really exceeded expectations. The apt is comfortable and access to the Uninove was easy, both uber and subway. There are several small shops in the area and the kitchen is very complete, which for us, who prefer to cook, was essential. It was a great stay.

Staying at Ricardo's House was a beautiful experience to get to know São Paulo with a look at the villages, houses. A very charming place that has an interior air in the middle of the capital. Tarik was a great host before, during and after my stay. The apartment is very well located, literally above the subway and several bus lines. Moreover, the center of the neighborhood is very lively with many restaurants and bars around legal. The best place I've stayed in Brasil with Airbnb so far :) The flat is big, simple, comfortable, fresh and has such a great atmosphere. The kitchen is perfect to cook, and the shower is bigger than anything I had before. Is very well located, next to a subway station and bus stops. The area is being revitalized and there are a lot of cool things going on here and there. Anyway, its also very safe and easy to go to other places as Vila Madalena and Pinheiros. Tarik will give you the best local tips. It was very easy to communicate with him, and he was ready to help every time I asked. I would definitely comeback.

Across an avenue, we are in the municipal market and soon after in the street 25 of March and adjacencies. Everything on foot, less than 600 meters. To the other side is all the Brás trade, 6 minutes by car. Very close. The bath is great, gas shower, warm. In front of the building has pharmacy and market. The building has a lot of security and a great infrastructure. Felt at home. Larissa's husband is a foreigner and does not speak Portuguese. It may seem unfriendly, but it's good people.

Rafael and Gustavo are great hosts, always disoponiveis and pleasant. The cat Frida was super companion and affectionate. The location of the fit has easy access to the subway and bus terminal. It has a wide region in the trade. Stand for cleaning and openness.

My first day(or you can call night) at Sao Paulo was great, thanks to Luiz who I am yet to meet and Selma at whose place I stayed. Selma's place is about 50m from the Republica Airport Service Station. I stayed there for two days and had a hassle-free pleasant stay. It right in the middle of downtown Sao Paulo. Selma is a kind and gracious lady who I hope to meet again some other day, probably the next time I come to Sao Paulo. Though I had to leave after about 36 hours, I will carry awesome memories of my stay at Selma's . Thanks again Luiz and Selma

When I arrived in sao paulo, the primera person I met was Selma. She è very patiente and attentive, very fond of talking and being with guests. She offered me a cafè when I arrived, and helped me with tudas the possible information. It is adorable, as well as Our entire your family and swiss cats. Staying at Luiz's airbnb room was an excellent experience. The residence is located across from Praça da República near the metro station and the historic city center of São Paulo. During the day there's a good outdoor market in Praça da República on Sunday where you buy unique, quality handmade souvenirs for less reais than at the typical tourist shops. Luiz's mother Selma is a superb host who knows spanish and makes a great cup of coffee. The wi-fi signal is super fast and overall the house has an antique charm that makes one's stay in São Paulo truly amazing. From Barra Funda metro station to Estação República metro station its less than 10 minutes and this makes it convenient if you're flying Azul airlines into Viracopos/Campinas International Airport where one can catch the comfortable and free Azul onibus to Barra Funda at the airport. I would definitely book with them again on my next visit. Muito obrigado Luiz.

From the beginning, this was a great experience - Luiz was very prompt in his communication for my last minute visit to Sao Paulo. The apartment was very easy to find and was very warm and inviting. Luiz was very flexible on my check in and check out time, which was a great advantage as it allowed me to spend the entire weekend touring the city! They also went above and beyond by providing maps of the city and information about the festival that was taking place that weekend.
