17th Century Thatched Cottage in Rural Wiltshire

Semi-detached, Grade II Listed, 17th century thatched cottage with period features and private garden. Situated in rural north Wiltshire, this cottage is located in the centre of the village of Purton. Sleeps 3, in 2 separate bedrooms. Sitting room with dining space. Small kitchen with basic amenities. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, 1970s style! A short drive to Cirencester and close to the beautiful Wiltshire Downs and Avebury WHS. Lydiard Park is a 10 minute drive away.

The Annex

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Right on the edge of the Cotswolds and the North Wessex Downs National Park, Royal Wootton Bassett is a traditional Market Town with independent shops pubs and cafes, many dog friendly. . Figwillow is within walking distance of the town centre and is surrounded by stunning walks and beautiful Wiltshire villages. The living room has air conditioning and there are fans in each bedroom. Suitable for holidays and working away, Figwillow has WiFi and all home comforts. Is this doggy heaven?

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Country Coach-house

Situated just 5 minutes drive from historic Malmesbury, a self-contained studio coach house, ideal for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. The coach house includes a kingsize bed, sofa, TV, Wi-fi and separate shower room. The kitchen area has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and wine cooler. There is a large secluded garden for your own use, seating area and car parking. We are also a 10 minute walk (or a 2 minute car drive) from the popular Horse & Groom Pub.
