Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

This spacious guesthouse on the 2nd floor of a beautiful classic 1930s house is located in the greenest municipality in the Netherlands. The center of Leiden and the station are close by on foot, by bike or by public transport. You can be in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Utrecht within 50 minutes. Many Dutch sights are easy to reach. If you want to take a short walk in the area, there are several parks within walking distance, with the highlight being Oud-Poelgeest Castle.

We offer a cozy and attractive vacation home with every comfort. Completely renovated and beautifully styled. You have a private entrance, a cozy place/garden, and a shed to possibly place bicycles. 800 meters from the beach and close to the dunes, a lovely place to stay. Furthermore, our vacation home is a good place to take trips from there to, for example, De Keukenhof. Leiden, Delft, The Hague and Amsterdam can also be reached within half an hour by car.

Tiny House 'Jolie'

Ons tiny house 'Jolie' was een voormalige paardenstal. Deze hebben wij in 2021-2022 omgebouwd tot studio en zijn wij sinds augustus 2022 klaar om u te ontvangen! De stad Leiden, het Katwijkse strand en het Valkenburgse meer kunnen gemakkelijk met de fiets ontdekt worden. Het is mogelijk om bij ons een fiets te lenen. In de studio ligt een boek met allerlei tips over de omgeving. U kunt ons altijd vragen naar meer informatie.

Welcome to our "Kraaiennestje". Centrally located in Katwijk, you will find our studio within walking distance of the beach and dunes, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA/Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.
