NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Fantastic family vacation at Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Walchsee and the Kaisergebirge mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski track, in summer the swimming lake near the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free ski bus, which operates as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region in summer, virtually stops at the front door!

Our “Haus Wildbach” was renovated in 2021/22 and is located in the Seegatterl district. The residential area is quiet at night and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the village in nature, directly on a stream and the Alpine road. Cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails as well as the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm start right outside the door. This apartment has a very nice balcony with stream and mountain views. The spacious living area offers space for shared meals.

We broke our minds about how to create the greatest possible sense of well-being. The goal was to get in and feel good, while enjoying the great view to the pulpit in the best possible way. Fully equipped apartment with covered balcony with idyllic forest views. Beautiful for a breakfast in the morning sun. Our house is a 5-minute walk from the hiking car park/tour start and ski lifts, as well as a few minutes by car from the start of the large Waidring/Steinplatte ski area.
