The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Nestled in the tranquil Seegatterl district, our recently renovated "Haus Wildbach" offers a peaceful escape directly by a stream and the scenic Alpine road. You'll find yourself immersed in nature, away from the village's hustle and bustle, yet perfectly positioned for adventure. Cross-country ski trails, cycling routes, hiking paths, and the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm all start right at your doorstep.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
