Idyllically located at an altitude of 670 meters in a preferred, quiet and sunny forest edge location at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser in the middle of the Tyrolean Kaiserwinkl (Kitzbühel district), near the German border. With 60 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. A perfect retreat for nature lovers, active vacationers and those seeking relaxation.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.

Close to the stunning ski slopes of Steinplatte, and across the street from some superb cross country skiing. Relax in our private Sauna. Have a glass of wine in front of a roaring fire. Grill your food in our garden and enjoy the mountain views. Sit by our pond & watch our fish. All this and more!
