The house is quite airy and gets morning sun, but where it matters, in the pool, the sun lasts until late afternoon. The sand court for volleyball or soccer and even pool volleyball are a separate attraction. A large balcony guarantees the meeting even in the rain. The house is 200 meters from the beach and close to the lagoon. We are located a 10-minute walk from the Nanci Park Waterfront, one of the largest structures built in Maricá with various leisure and gastronomy options for adults and children, close to the market, 9 minutes from downtown Maricá and 21 minutes from one of the region's beaches. The bus that runs in the city passes near the house, and from the Downtown Bus Station, guests can visit the city's tourist attractions enjoying the "vermelhinhos" for free. The maps are showing a distant location (wrong). We are close to Praça dos Gaviões. New house, not even decorated.

The detached house with 3 bedrooms (including 1 suite), open kitchen with large natural stone bar, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, soccer field and large barbecue area overlooks the Rock of Itaocaia. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfers beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes away by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy nature.
