This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Exclusive Apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and it have 150m2. Upon entering the apartment,a hall leads you to a dining table, as well as to the spacious living room. In the hall, which comes to the exit of the kitchen, there is one bathroom and toilet.The apartment consists of four bedrooms which all have a spacious double bed with nightstands and a TV. One bedroom, which has its own makeup table and own bathroom, are connected with a garden. All rooms have air conditioning.

There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
