Living in the old village school house

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can take a mountain bike or walk directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shops and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355 m altitude, below the Sankt Annakapelle. On the 1250 square meter fenced forested property, there is a viewpoint with distant views of the Rhine level, an outdoor seating area made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. We also offer our new "forest house with dream view" for rent on this portal, also located in Burrweiler am Teufelsberg.

The first parts of the estate were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 70 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly equipped and offer everything your heart desires: in winter cuddly hours in front of the fireplace, in summer relaxing evenings with a glass of wine on the porch. We rent a beautiful house with about 120 square meters away from stress and hustle and bustle. With great wellness bath and sauna house in the forest. The house is located about 1km away from Lviv in the middle of the forest. There is a fireplace stove, a freestanding bathtub and spa shower. The beds are comfortable box spring beds. The second bedroom is on the basement floor and has small slabs. Fireworks and parties do not work for us.
