Nathalie is a friendly host. The place easily reachable from Utrecht centre by bus. It is clean, tidy and as shown in the pictures. It is also near to supermarket and shops. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Nathalie is one lovely person and a great host. even though we arrived almost midnight on the first day she picked us up from the train station and showed us the way. The house and the room is just perfect and clean. It is way more beautiful than the photos. The room is on the 2nd floor and right next to the bathroom. it is warm, clean and quiet. there is a big saloon with balcony and a kitchen on the first floor that you can access anytime and enjoy the view. there is a big supermarket only steps away from the house so you can easily shop whatever you like. also there is one big park right next to if you feel like jogging or just chilling with your coffee to start the day. The house is close to the city centre. The bus station is only steps away from the house and it takes like 5 mins to the city centre. or if you feel like to walk it takes 25 mins with a beautiful view. utrecht is peaceful and safe with great bike roads so biking is always the main option for transportation. so if your into biking, it takes less than 10 mins to the central train station/center. we will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Petri's home is very lovely. Easely to acces and easely to reach the town and Utrecht Centraal Station. Her breakfasts were so so good and it was so much food that after the breakfasts you were good to go. We stayed in a very beautiful room and it was so quiet around there. Highly recommend!❤️

Petri is one of the best hosts you can get. We have stayed in different airbnb places over the last 15 days but her hospitality was unmatched from any host. She takes great care of you, finds out what you need and gets it done even before you need it. She makes some excellent breakfast and ensures you have a great time at her place. Petri and her husband also dropped us in their car to Amsterdam and train station when in need. Her house in Utrecht is very close to bus station and sight seeing places. By staying here you would be able to experience relaxed towns or cities in Netherlands. The boat ride in Utrecht is amazing and you will be able to get that amazing experience by staying with Petri. We really enjoyed staying at Petri's house. The room is very bright, clean and cosy. The house is located a little bit far from city center but it is very easy to get there by public transport, bus stop is situated just 1 minute walk from house. And one of the greatest things was breakfast, after which we can walk all day long by the beautiful Utrecht city. Thank you, Petri, for being so hospitable and welcoming!

If I could give Petri's place 10 stars I would! She was like a mom to Jackie and I- explained the accommodations, gave us tips and maps of Utrecht, provided breakfast at 7:30 because we had to leave early. My friend and I stayed for a night in Petri's house and we had a relaxing stay. The location is easily accessed and it is close to Utrecht Central. The services offered were good and the breakfast cooked by Petri was awesome. It was a great stay!

Our stay went beyond our expectations! Her apartment was perfect and well-equipped for our stay. It was close to the city center of Utrecht and heading over to Amsterdam was very accessible with transportation. Claire was very helpful throughout our stay and was there to answer any questions. I most definitely recommend!

We very much had liked Claire apartment. We were one in the apartment. The apartment not really far from the center of Utrecht and nearby is the railway station from where in 40 minutes it is possible to reach to Amsterdam. In the apartment a pleasant interior, details and a good small bathroom. Claire very sociable and pleasant girl, on arrival has treated us with a breakfast. Нам очень понравилась квартира Claire. Hans was a true gentleman, excellent host and an interesting man. My girlfriend and a friend stayed with him for 3 nights and we were very happy with the house and him as a host. My only criticism was without a car or a reliable train service (weekends), taxi's and journey times were costly and long.

Hans a very polite and kind person, always provide good advises and try to help as possible.

The house, clean and whipped so good, is located in a quiet and great zone, close to a river where is nice to enjoy a sunny day, it's fantastic to see all the people going out on bicycle. Markets and all the necessary ready, walking 2 minutes from the house. The train station is 15/20 minutes, always walking, from the house. What else, Hans is a really nice and polite person always ready to help you if you need. I recommend you for sure if you are interested to visit Netherlands!

This is my first experience of this kind, I always went to hotels before, but it has been very satisfactory. The place was clean, the bathroom for me only, and the bed was very comfortable. Hans is a nice host, helping out in anything, and driving me when I needed.

We arrived to Utrecht late at night and since then Hans helped us with all we needed and asked. Hans is very welcoming and nice, very friendly and helpful. The room is spacy and warm, convenient and applianced. Location is easy to reach and very worth the stay. Would certainly come again!

Easy to find, Theunis had given very clear directions. A lovely spot on the canal, the cabin was small but perfect for my needs. On arrival I was offered refreshments straight away. His wife Margreet was very friendly and provided a plentiful buffet breakfast of bread, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit juice, tea or coffee. An excellent first airbnb stay, I would happily visit again.

Aboard the boat you have everything you need provided for. You live in a small cabin with your own tap & towel. Theunis & Margaret are very friendly hosts, they even arranged breakfast for me at an earlier time. You'll be rocked into sleep by the gentle sway of the boat - in case you've never slept on a boat: you may go on feeling it on land the day after. I would not hestitate to book the place again if the opportunity arises.

Theunis and his partner are full of useful information about Utrecht and are very hospitable hosts. Be aware the rooms are not very large but the bed sheets are plenty warm on a cold autumn night.

I had a great stay! Directions to get there were clear and exact. Despite the fact that I arrived late at night I was welcomed and shown everything. We had a nice chat in the mornings at breakfast. The ship is very clean and comfy, breakfast was good and much appreciated. At night I took the bus, but then I walked to Utrecht Central station - about 20 - 25 min along the water, quiet and beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

Staying at the boat was...prima! Perfect! Really enjoyed this canal location, so nice and mellow, yet easy to get to brilliant cafés for eats! Theunis and Margaret are great hosts, fun to talk with, and they keep their boat so tidy and clean and welcoming! We had a great stay in Utrecht at Jasmijn and Lennart's very cozy and eclectic traditional Dutch row house. Our baby loved the chickens and the special baby accomodations thoughtfully provided by our hosts. We felt very well taken care of thanks to the beautifully illustrated instruction booklet and were in constant contact with Jasmijn online even though they couldn't be there to greet us. Their place made for a great retreat from the busy centre while still just a short bus ride away. The house is also close to some great parks with playgrounds like Julianapark (walking distance) or Griftpark (by bus, but with petting zoo, duckpond and a nice restaurant.)

We had a great time staying in Larissa's home in Utrecht. It's located in a walking distance from the central station, it's also easily accessible by public transports. Shops are also around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place for you to stay as it was one of the best Airbnb places we have ever stayed!

In Diahann, everything was just as described. The property is very nice and central to the city. By bus which runs almost directly outside the property away, we were in just 15 min. In the city. In Diahann there on foot a 2 supermarkets a pharmacy and small restaurants. We have home cooked at Diahann because we could use all of that was fine. Diahann is a very nice, open and helpful person. The room has everything you need. But we had not thought that in the Netherlands the beds are slightly smaller than ours, but for 3 nights and who cuddly with his partner like ;-), it was okay. I can only recommend the hotel.

It was a very nice stay, communication and arrival and departure were completely straightforward. The room was small but very fine. For cat lovers like us was something ;-) And we were allowed their parking lot in the time of our bike tour utilize our car turn off.

Loekie and Gary live in a beautiful home and share their garden cottage with the rest of us who are fortunate with their generosity to share space at their beautiful home. They are gracious, generous with their time and information about local things to do. If you get the opportunity to stay with them, you are in for a magical treat.

Marvellous place to stay in a beautiful garden. Gary and Loekie were very welcoming hosts. We had eveything we need, home cooked bread by Gary, eggs, cheese, ham, jams and ....good conversations. Loekie arranged everything excellently. The house is located in the center of Maarsen and it´s also very convenient to reach Amsterdam and Utrecht. We absolutly recommend it.

Our stay in the garden of Loekie and Gary was perfect. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. The garden was as described, GLORIOUS. The cottage was well appointed, cozy, and peaceful. Our stay of two nights was a welcome respite and we wished we could have stayed longer. Fresh eggs and cheese, bikes on loan, and the pleasant, informative, and interesting conversation of our hosts will surely bring us back to this magical place.

Their gardenhouse is beautiful, small, super cozy and full of thing to discover. They have an extensive library on gardens, garden art, garden history, flowers (etc), you better bring time to take a look at them :)

We arrived late on the schedule, Loekie and Gary had everything very well organized with neighbors, housing was charming, well equipped in a very pleasant setting. One downside no big sleeping but two small single beds. Stay too short to meet our hosts and really share.

Loakie and Gary went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They did things which were not required of them such as making us a loaf of very nice home made bread, picking us up and taking us back to the railway station on our arrival and return to Maarssen etc. I would highly recommend this accommodation for both its exceptional location in a very beautiful garden as well as in a very nice picturesque town which also happens to be within comfortable cycling distance to Utrecht.

We have been travelling for 6 months and this is probably the 10th time we have used Airbnb. This particular spot in Maarssen was by far our favourite. The garden is indeed glorious; every window view in the cottage is a natural painting. The cottage itself is well outfitted in the kitchen and has a spacious shower. Overall it is cozy, comfortable and filled with books on gardens, gardening and art. Loekie and Gary were gracious hosts giving us the privacy we wanted but also the help we needed when we needed it. They filled the refrigerator with foods for breakfast and Gary made us a tasty loaf of bread as a welcome gift. They also loaned us bikes to ride to Utrecht for the day and gave us directions to ride by the working old windmills. The old town is out the back gate and there are plenty of places to walk to including parks, down the canal and cafes on the canal for a glass of wine or bite to eat.
