Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is in the backyard of a listed red clinker complex from the 1920s. We have expanded an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak of high quality. We offer: - 5 m high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live only a few minutes away and are happy to be available to our guests as a contact person. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Never use the flower pots as an ashtray (someone has already done that...)!

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. The famous ski jumping area and the harbour as well. You'll love my place because of the great views to Michel, the Reeperbahn, the harbor, and the Elbphilharmonie. The apartment is approx. 68m² and is super central, situated between the port (about 800m), the town centre (about 1km) and the Elphi (about 750m). There are many restaurants nearby.
