Recent extension (2022) overlooking the flowery courtyard of an 18th century house, this 36 m2 duplex combines calm and elegance 6 mins from the metro. The accommodation is completely independent and adjoins an artist's studio. It includes a large room on the floor (26 m2) and downstairs an office of 8 m2. All modern comforts (wifi with UHD fiber, TV...), bathroom with low shower on the ground floor, queen size bed (1.60 m), large TV (Netflix), automatic velux, plates, refrigerator, coffee maker.

Montreuil is the new brooklyn

Charmant appartement de 42m2 au coeur du bas-Montreuil à la limite de Vincennes, tout proche de Paris. Quartier très agréable avec ses nombreux commerces. Parking souterrain, immeuble récent très calme. A 8min à pieds du metro ligne 9 (Robespierre), 8min du Rer A Vincennes et 11min de la ligne 1 (Bérault). Beautiful refurbished apartment, on the 4th floor of a recent residence, with elevator access. It is located in the heart of Montreuil, 5 minutes from the Hôtel de Ville metro station. Very bright, it has a large balcony and all the amenities necessary for a good stay, 30 minutes from central Paris. Bernard is a benevolent and positive host.
